The only two positives in this squad for me is Purrington and Gilbey.
Souare must not be able to do 2 games in a week (another player) Gunter and DJ dropped, the latter twice now.

It’s great that Gilbey could be back in contention but just playing devil’s advocate where is he going to improve us? Is he better than the other attacking midfielders we have? He played 20 times last season with an average Statbank mark of 5.96 😯. Having said that he had three top 3 placings and 2 MOM performances presumably under Nads 🤷♂️.Cafc43v3r said:Gilbey 😍😍😍

Yeah, very concerning. Maybe Adkins has thrown the towel in and will receive severance package if sacked. Doesn't help us though as we need points. Not surprised with the line up. Good that Gilbey is on the bench but I am even more pessimistic now than I was an hour ago.0

If you listened to the podcast that was posted recently or read the comments that followed it, he was playing through injury when he first broke into our side. When back from that injury he looked much better.RedChaser said:
