And rightly so. Keep your cards close and don’t give Plymouth any possible team news ie injuries
  • Plymouth site says the appeal was unsuccessful.

You think ? Famewo is out for Plymouth and Washington apparently has a groin strain.
Thats very sudden seeing that he played last night?
Please don't over write in block my comments.  He didn't start because of a possible groin problem.

Can you give us the link to where you read this?

sore groin entirely different to a groin strain

Stockley is scoring more goals than at any time in his career and with Jackson preferring a strike partner for Jayden then I see no reason he shouldn't continue but he may have to reign in his game a tad as his reputation is going before him.
This is what I should have said.
So instead of saying that Stockley isn't scoring much, you should have said he's scoring loads.

    Easy mistake to make.
    No the last bit

I didn’t expect some sort of Spanish Inquisition…
No body expects the Spanish Inquisition.  Their chief weapon is surprise.
  • Why the secrecy? Are they continuing the trend of our transfer policy with no leaks!
  • JJ said both Washington and Gunter are both fine.
Even with a groin strain  :D

Sshhhh......don't you know it's all secret. We should complain to the EFL that someone leaked it to Plymouth. 😄
  • Love it how Plymouth know & report it but its oh so secret we arent allowed to know.

    Ha ha ha ha ha.

  • Possible they've just got that off our OS

Considering JJ mentioned we wouldn’t know until today, and the Plymouth article was published at 9am this morning I’d probably have you right.
  • Well their article specifically says that the appeal failed.

But of course, Jackson wouldn't be lying about not knowing about it before last night.....would he?

The club have been told the result .. but are keeping it in house at the moment
Would it not be released officially somewhere ? Or is it like transfer embargoes where the EFL can just hush things up.

Doesn't seem right to me somehow. I bet people would be bleating if it were the other way round & we were waiting on a decision by the EFL regarding a Plymouth player.

    What's happened to transparency.
Richard Crawley been told not to print anything
    Cawley
    Good Omens ?
  • As I said above, a downgrade to a yellow would still mean a suspension tomorrow anyway
  • A suspension from Tuesday night has been overturned but nothing about Stockley as yet

    No, correct spelling
  • The pre match review on the OS says that both Stockley and Famewo are suspended for this game.
  • Plymouth is a bit of a bugger, but we should have more than enough to beat Morecambe & Salop without him
You think ? Famewo is out for Plymouth and Washington apparently  has a groin strain.
    Where'd you hear this?
Famewo is out . Don't type over my comment in bold. I read about Washington on a NI report which is why he didn't start.
people highlight in bold to show the part of the post to which they are commenting on, that's all. As for Wash I very much doubt he had a groin strain and then still appeared, even if off the bench.
Doubt what you like, I don't care. When I said the transfer window was crap as early as mid July you and others said I was talking bollocks.  I got not one apology for what was and is now recognised as being correct.
    You very obviously do

Why not? I was just highlighting the bit I was interested in... pretty standard behaviour on the forum by and large.
Is it ? Go and count how many more you can find then.
It's a common thing on here if you just want to highlight a particular point in a post, rather than it's entirety.

Because... That's not in fact what happened, or is happening? Dobson, Lavelle (prior to injury), Stockley and to a lesser extent MacGillivray and Leko are all now playing very well indeed. Even Clare is looking like a useful enough option as a utility player. CBT has just had a 2 year contract extension so must have done something right as well.

The window being "crap" is very debatable even now and saying it in July was in fact talking bollocks as is now rather evident.
Absolutely.  One of the things that has made my otherwise grey and miserable life a little lighter has been the realisation that some of our signings were rather better than they first appeared under NA.

We can all see through that. Long live transparency.
So the other team doesn't know how to prepare obviously.

Either way, we need to prepare based on being with and without Stockley.
