Seems odd that outcome of the appeal hasn’t been made public by either the club or the League.

Do the FA deal with appeals against red cards in league matches or would it be the Football League?

Plymouth is a bit of a bugger, but we should have more than enough to beat Morecambe & Salop without him
You think ? Famewo is out for Plymouth and Washington apparently  has a groin strain.
    Where'd you hear this?
Famewo is out . Don't type over my comment in bold. I read about Washington on a NI report which is why he didn't start.
people highlight in bold to show the part of the post to which they are commenting on, that's all. As for Wash I very much doubt he had a groin strain and then still appeared, even if off the bench.
Doubt what you like, I don't care. When I said the transfer window was crap as early as mid July you and others said I was talking bollocks.  I got not one apology for what was and is now recognised as being correct.
    You very obviously do
None of your fucking business is it
Ah I see what happened here.  This isn't your personal webpage.  It's a public forum. You lunatic.
Yes but I don't  see you going after others in a group because of one remark. As I said before I thought  the summer recruitment was crap and said this around mid July and was right.
But tell me, why did you add your pennywort in the troll like manner I hsve been accused of. When I do it I am a troll . When you do it you are free to do it and be abusive too.  Lunatic isn't as far as I know , a term of endearment.
Massive persecution complex or simply a troll…..or I suppose could even be both.
Take your pick and treat accordingly. 😧

OK, one last time before I step away.  Read back over your own comments.  Try to imagine they are made by someone else.  Do you have any idea at all why you might get a negative response?

    I'm out.

Well he's eligible to play today, whether Jackson decides to play him is another matter ;)

    That’s great news on Famewo.

Stockley will be a massive miss, but assume Davison will come in straight for him. If it’s him and Washington up front, you know we won’t be short of running up top.

Actually, we should appeal it as it’s still been given to the wrong player.

I’d be amazed if the club didn’t know that about Famewo before today. Brilliant news.

It's been known for a while. Bowyer used to be the master of the dark arts of not showing his hand on potential team news (how many times we'd keep injuries under wraps etc) and Jackson seems to be going down that path too.

Well their article specifically says that the appeal failed.

But of course, Jackson wouldn't be lying about not knowing about it before last night.....would he?
Well their article specifically says that Famewo was serving his suspension.

And of course, the Plymouth OS wouldn’t be lying about knowing about it before yesterday night….. would they?

I don't see the harm in it... Remember Man Utd used to claim that the likes of Giggs was injured prior to us playing them, yet they'd always be there in the teamsheet - Surprised more teams don't do it, maybe they do and we just don't notice.

Unlike Robinson who used to give out the formation an hour before kick off. Bowyer and Jacko have it spot on

People take certain parts of someone’s comment and discuss it, that’s what makes this a discussion board. It’s happens to everyone, that’s why it’s so popular.

For someone so aggressive you ain’t half sensitive.

I reckon the Club have heard with regard to both Stockley and Famewo but are keeping it quiet as long as possible to keep Plymouth guessing.
Famewo is out, there's no appeal for bookings

If Stockley's sending off is reduced to a yellow, won't he still be banned for 1 game as he'll have reached 5 yellows?
Yes there is. Mistaken identity is one.

Yes, Stockley will miss Plymouth if it has been reduced to a yellow.
I don't think we can use that one, and sadly Kettle being a tw*t isn't a valid appeal either!
Seems Ketttle being a tw*t is now valid. Obviously Famewo and Purrington could be twins 😅

Current form would suggest, as always, you were wrong

Don't forget we are talking about the prat Kettle...not a real referee.. B)
Also, Purrington must feel a bit peeved himself as it shouldn't be a yellow for either of them!!
  • Wasn't Famewo booked for taking too long over a thrown in?

    How's that mistaken identity?

Just bumped into Jayden in cafe in Sidcup. He's out. Suspension upheld.

We appealed the Stockley suspension, and it's been given to Jason Stockman, leaving Jayden free to play
