What is Wimbledon's capacity? Unless I've missed it nothing has been said about covid passports for this game. Does that mean their capacity is less than 10,000?

It now seems the Wimbledon game will go ahead. I am surprised there has been so little on this. I understand the capacity is under 10,000 so they do not have to comply with the new rules (passport or negative lateral flow test proof). However I understand that Wimbledon were going to insist on that for their game against Portsmouth last weekend, This game was postponed. Be worthwhile the clubs making a statement of some sort
My information not quite right it would appear although random checks (10%) of fans will be questioned per Wimbledon website. I still think Charlton should make a statement.

I'm more concerned whether WE will have to cancel the match due to Covid if we've been forced to close the training ground today

seems rather pointless to me if they arent going to stop anyone who cant show evidence of being vaccinated from entering the ground. All its going to do is slow down the process of getting in and maybe even delay the kick off.
We clearly struggle when any of the main guys from our first XI are missing (especially Stockley and/or Washington) so whilst i know boxing day football is important to a lot of people, i kind of hope we're trying to get the game off.
I'd rather play a rearranged game with a full squad (and possible new signings) available than play with half a team missing and possibly lose.
Get the game on. Be good to get one last match in before the grounds are closed again
Agreed but it all depends who has covid though.
If the lineup is announced and we find out Famewo, Purrington, Dobson, Stockley and Washington are missing, we'll all be fuming we didn't get it called off.
Two tickets are available in away stand, also two valley away coach tickets.
They belong to the German Addicks who are unable to travel now cos of covid isolation on return, i have the tickets. These dedicated guys have lost a lot of money on air tickets so i'm asking half price. So £11each for the £22 seats and £8 each for the coach trip, I'm assuming they start at Charlton, will confirm soon. Message me.
That confirms that Wimbledon are doing Covid spot checks
Supporters should be aware that although the capacity of AFC Wimbledon's Plough Lane falls below the number required for mandatory COVID-19 regulations set by the government, the club have indicated that they will still be implementing random COVID-19 status spot checks. Rules changing to 7 days isolation from 10 gives them every chance.

I might be able to make the rearranged game.
