If we were to sell one player at the end of the season he’d be the last one I want gone .
Effort , energy, aggression, will to win and battle on top of his undoubted ability , just hope he keeps his fitness and this is some player we have on our hands make no mistake .6 -
Set for his 100th league appearance for Charlton next weekend. So glad he signed that 3 year deal in the summer, still only 22 and loads of room to improve.4

He is having more trust in his body, which is showing in his performances, the goal should up his confidence levels also. We just need to supply the bullets for him and Kelman more often.1

I don't think that it's any coincidence that both Leaburn and Kelman have looked better as individuals when playing in the same side.
The stats bear that out too. These are the only times the pair have been on the pitch at the same time:
Leicester (H) - 11 mins
QPR (A) - 21 mins
Preston (A) - 11 mins
Hull (A) - 20 mins (1 goal - Berry)
Swansea (H) - 23 mins (1 goal -Kelman)
Oxford (H) - 29 mins (1 goal - Kelman)
Portsmouth (A) - 90 mins (1 goal - Knibbs)
Coventry (H) - 88 mins (1 goal - Rankin-Costello)
Blackburn (A) - 78 mins (2 goals - Kelman both)
Chelsea (H) - 66 mins (1 goal - Leaburn)
So, they've been on the pitch at the same time for a total of 437 mins during which time the team has scored 8 goals (of which 5 have come from either Kelman or Leaburn) and that's about 1.65 goals a game on average. In the Championship, we have averaged 0.86 when one, other or neither have been on the pitch.
Too often Leaburn and Kelman have looked isolated when playing on their own. The formation doesn't have to be 4-4-2, we just need the two of them to occupy the opposition CBs and supporting each other rather than one on top on his own.
