    11pm. As long as the deals are in with the EFL before 11pm. I think you can sign free agents tomorrow but don't know the timeline you can do this for?

    Would say it’s all his input .. he got Boone , Penney and the Bournemouth kid .. he did not play Kirk Laville McG was third choice and OConnell was only sub when he come back fit ..so you can’t say he had his team sold from beneath him …
