    "Parish Out, Yanks Out"

Lol. With all that's going on in football, what the fcuk have those clowns got to moan about?

Couple of Nigel bellends with a scarf saying: “We’re taking this club to the next level”.

    The championship, hopefully.
  • Incredible really that the Nigel's feel they need to unveil a banner to protest about the likes of Parish and Hodgson.  Once again the jammy sods will get away with it this season due to the poor quality of the bottom 3 and the points deduction of Everton.

No one is taking their choreography in the stands seriously

  • That could be the catalyst for them swapping Hodgson for Steve Cooper.
  • God SKY are on their knees in front of Ivan Toney the amount they're sucking up to his return to Football tonight
  • Oh yay... SKY can spunk themselves silly now

They'll be even more unbearable now!
  • Toney will be ecstatic, as he bet £10000  that he would score today.
  • After the joy of Palace losing 5-0 to Arsenal, it all gets put into perspective when we lose to the mighty Burton.

Really surprised VAR didn’t overturn the free kick when Toney moved the ball. Expect nothing less from him though.

Pretty mad really the reaction over the past week from both sky and Brentford. They were going on as though he's returning from a life threatening illness.
  • What a bonkers end to Sheff Utd vs West Ham
  • Brewster cost Sheffield United 23m and is their record signing. He's scored 4 goals in 64 appearances and now has more red cards than premier league goals for them.

I still can’t see why Sheff Utd got the penalty.

Bowen was a stone wall penalty at the end - why was it not reviewed ?

That sheff utd pen was so soft. Nothing more than if a centre back challenged him, no contact apart from body.
  • I don’t think we’ve seen the end of Gomez in an England shirt. He’s getting confidence and swagger back …. And right in time for the euros.

His versatility makes him really useful for a tournament squad.

The funny thing about it was that in all the time it took for the keeper to get treated they didn't really show many replays of the incident. The one replay I saw looked like the forward elbowed the keeper in the gob, hence the cut on his lip

Then they barely commented on the stonewall penalty down the other end when Bowen was rugby tackled.

Did VAR check either decision? The commentators told us nothing. Was all a bit weird, as if they were wedded to the "plucky Sheffield United" narrative and didn't want anything to spoil it!

And no mention of it from Alan Smith when summarising the goal!
  • How many games without a goal though is it for Joe?

Jermaine Jenas has spent the first 43 minutes calling the Brighton GK Luke instead of Jason Steele.

When the main commentator mentioned Brighton regularly changing the GK from game to game, Jenas offered the insight that it’s often “one at home and one away - maybe there’s some reason for that”

Jason Steele has played 12 league games - 6 home and 6 away
Verbruggen has played 9 games - 5 home and 4 away

That's why you pay co commentators so much, to tell you what we don't know. Get back to the pitiful one show Jenas you knob

Watched MOTD2 last night and the pundits all agreed that the Sheff U one wasn't a penalty.

That should make me feel vindicated. But the pundits were Danny Murphy and Shay Given, so I just feel cheap and dirty now ....

Luton 2-0 up after three minutes against Brighton. Credit to them, they really are giving it a go at staying up.
