Effectively takes away home advantage for them. Silly
I think they'd rather take the money of the ticket sales etc than dream of a deep run in Europe playing at home. They'll just hope to finish third in the group and get into Europa League and do well there I'd imagine
Not the CL but, for their game away to LASK, every single member of Liverpool's starting XI against Wolverhampton are named in their 12 on the bench today. Anyone would think that Liverpool aren't taking the Europa League that seriously.

Outrageous end to a game, the goalie was the only one attacking that ball, he may be playing in the wrong position with a run and finish like that
Wow, that was a brilliant run from the keeper, a proper striker's goal.
Keeper looks really pleased, doesn't he?!!!
Also can't imagine that ever happening in England.
Harsh handball, but I would have given it based on current practice.
Makes sense though, their stadium only holds 22k and that would have to be reduced to allow for certain UEFA rules.
What a night for Newcastle though.
