    Tube drivers being instructed to apologise immediately every single time they stop at a red light. I don't need an apology because we're stopped for 5 seconds especially when it's at a station, I expect the train to stop at stations

    When your out and about and you go on you phone and some crappy inadequate Wifi ( The Cloud etc ) kicks in on your iPhone and stops your 3G and you have to turn your Wifi of to get you phone to work.
    Not life affecting , I know , but bloody annoying.
