Do we need a CB at the minute, we currently have Bauer, Teixeira, Diarra, Lennon and Johnson?
Think the last key signing is a creative midfielder, then we have enough quality for promotion. Obviously then depends who leaves and who needs replacing but on paper at the minute, I think that is all we are missing.

Diarra is more of a midfielder, and probably can't play a full season
That leaves Bauer, Johnson and Lennon. Leaving aside our views about Johnson, we need a 4th CB0 -

Lennon did well at Gills last year but is still young. Bauer hasn't played for months and may also be sold to save on his wages although I think he might stay.
So Lennon and maybe Bauer.

Johnson will be paid off (another one). Diarra is a CM and does not perform that well as a CB. We have 3 good CB's in Tex, Lennon and Bauer. That's why I said 'at the minute'. Diarra can more than do a job at CB plu we have Kashi as a DM. Johnson is still there so we have 5 players who can play at CB.Athletico Charlton said:

Not against signing a CB, but if I could have 1 player added to the current squad we have, it would be a creative player in midfield, not a CB.0 -
