    Good point.

    Only got 10 days, and even your list is a) very optimistic wage wise b) still a CM short imo. It's an unbelievably taxing season in L1 especially during the winter, Jackson won't last the season let alone the likes of Solly and co. Yikes, worrying isn't it.

    Can we banish the theory that Solly cant last a season!!!

    2013/14 (12-matches) is the one season he's managed less than 35-games in a season which is a reasonable amount for any Footballer!!

    Its almost as boring as the fact that Jackson's Legs have gone

    Actually we dont win penalties as we dont get into the area so it doesnt matter!!

    Was told a Champ club came in. His salary demands weren't a problem for us. My earlier point was that salary demands aren't the reason for our lack of signings.

    Grew up in France, used to play for Lens, is an international and also played in la Liga so he obviously has some talent. I'd hazard a rough guess that he just didn't acclimatise to english football (or was Charltonised). Will likely be a lot happier back in France and will probably do quite well for them.

    Fox has been left so exposed with absolute pony left mids, who don't track infront of him. Solly is like a God because he has had a JBG infront of him who doesn't leave him isolated and 2 on 1 half the time

    I'd have Mandzukic. Zaza blows far too hot and cold for me. Nothing to do with THAT penalty, just don't think he's up to much really.

    The annoying thing about these transfer deals is that we inevitably come up against clubs who know what they're doing.

    I get that he's pretty highly rated and unlikely to be let go by Norwich. But if we're only loaning our #1 for a year, we will end up back in this position again next year. I'd get it if we felt that Phillips, Mitov, or Beeney are a year away from being a solid #1, and if we felt that they could be a #1 for the next five years, but it doesn't seem that any of them are there, at least not yet.
