    Missed a whole season 14/15 it says on wiki but not why.

    Then played 30+ games for Shrewsbury.

    Good pedigree in England youth teams but not so impressive since.

    Still, he's on trial and he's a midfielder so fingers crossed we've got a decent young player.

    I think your jumping to conclusions there. Yeah we may sell lookman but news shopper reported we are looking for a forward/winger anyway to add reinforcements regardless of lookman staying or going

    Crucial words there being 'The Mirror'. I mean, I am not sure that Lookman is still going to be here this time next week but not because the Mirror said anything!

    Motherwell's Marvin Johnson has handed in a transfer request, left sided winger. Nothing to say we're after him but it's possible. Oxford have been leading with bids it seems bit Hibs also rumoured to be linked. Only mentioning it as Russel said he wanted a left sided winger and we've obviously been looking north for cheaper buys.

    Hmm, Dean Lewington kept him out of the MK Dons team & he couldn't get the first team spot at Brighton either. I can't say I've heard of him.

    I guess all RS wants for this position is someone as a reasonable backup for Fox, rather than someone significantly better

    To be fair he played over 60 games for MK Dons and then got a move to Brighton thus going up a Division so he must have kept Lemington out of their team before he left there.

    He has had loans at Fleetwood, Gillingham and Orient so has played many games at this level. I saw him at the O's and he was highly regarded at Brisbane Rd.

    As long as it isn't more than a year's contract. What is not to like? A good replacement for THD.
