How much must he practice to do that instinctively?

    Contrast Dybala. Prat.

Don’t agree that was a second yellow, but that’s karma for the hideous dive

    Best ever.
    What a player.
  • Ronaldo is total class BUT Messi is the GOAT, never will a player be is as good as that little argentinian master.

Nah, not having that. Messi can shy away in little La Liga. Ronaldo can conquer multiple leagues and single handedley drag Portgual into the 2014 World Cup.

Fuck me the way the pundits have been going on about it you would think he scored an overhead kick from inside his own penalty box. It was very good but what hype.

What do you expect with the hype? Look at how much hype Rooney’s one got against Man City. This one from Ronaldo is far better.

For me it’s hard to compare between him and Messi, they’re both unreal at different aspects of the game. But if you want a complete player who is also a fantastic athlete, you can’t look further than Ronaldo. He’s amazing and we are lucky to have two such wonderfully gifted footballers playing at the same time.

Just when people started to question Ronaldo a couple of months back, he turns it on and doesn’t stop. I don’t know how many that is now in however many games but it’s got to be about 23 in 11 or something silly.

What a goal. What a player.

No way. It must be far harder to control it from half way up your shin like Rooney did.

Yeah because Messi has never performed in the champions league! And he single handedly dragged Argentina to the 2018 world cup.

I personally think Ronaldo is the better goalscorer, but Messi is the better player. Both are incredible players.

Great goal, but after hearing all the talk I was expecting it to be more incredible.

Its a stunning goal, but not a patch on Rooney's vs City

  • Ronaldo's is good because he has to run back and then do the kick, whereas Rooney was already in position

When you watch how they fly in the net though, Ronaldo's looks a lot more tame and if the Goalkeeper had been closer, I wouldn't have been surprised had it been saved

Rooney's was off his shin. Ronaldo's is far better

Gotta be honest, I enjoyed the reaction of the Juve crowd as well. When you've just conceded the goal that will probably send the tie out of reach, it's a touch of class that so many people stood and applauded the goal. Nice football moment all round.

    Looking forward to tonight's game.
    Question...
Who would you rather have in your team Salah or Sane?
I'm a massive fan of Sane and I think he is going to be worldclass
