How do you come to these conclusions regards the opening paragraph?Redrobo said:
You are not going to like the new owners either, you will be worried about their exit strategy, have they got enough money, who is really behind them, why do they really want a football team, have they a hidden agenda, will Bows and JJ be kept on, ......etc etc.ElfsborgAddick said:Still convinced Duchatelet will retain an interest in The Valley once the deal is completed.
Exciting times! Go with the flow.0 -
It just showed the Valley protests on SSN but I couldn't hear what was said.
Went on Twitter & someone said Douchbag has confirmed he won't sell until he knows what division we're in.
Is this true? Is this what was said? Please tell me it's a wind up.
FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
I will still not attend the home games.ricky_otto said:
Will you break your boycott if he does? Genuine question.ElfsborgAddick said:Still convinced Duchatelet will retain an interest in The Valley once the deal is completed.

I’ve said 15 June all along ... looking more likely by the day.0

I think a lot of people are getting really precious about this boycott lark - just bloody go for christs sake. If you dont, its only your (and the teams) loss.2

Appendix 3 my arse!!!!
Fecking bollox.11 -
Read that as he might keep us if we go up.0

Can anyone explain what a contract race actually is? A race suggests to me that it's about whoever gets it done fastest but that conflicts with the story that nothing will be done until after the play-offs? Did the story mean to say bidding war rather than contract race?0

After this latest update ain't no way I'm coming back.The_President said:I think a lot of people are getting really precious about this boycott lark - just bloody go for christs sake. If you dont, its only your (and the teams) loss.
Not a chance he's getting any of my money.
MODS, the title needs an update.10 -

According to Bexley Boy the Sky news article is fake news.5
-
Why? Unless he’s going to commit funds to get into the Prem, he’s still going to be losing money every month. More likely he’ll reopen the bidding as well be one step closer to the Prem and he’ll see that as a way to up the price. TBH that what I’d do if I was the seller, just in case Championship status flushed out more potential buyersValleyGary said:

" Duchatelet has established a contract race between the two"
A weird bit of phrasing, that makes it sound like the two sets of lawyers are competing to see who can finish the documentation first!
Not really.J BLOCK said:Read that as he might keep us if we go up.
Price A if we stay down
Price B if we go up
Not sure why they can't just have a conditional clause that states that if we go up, an additional payment of £5m (or whatever) is made.6 -
Ffs, Lee Bowyer has done us over by selfishly masterminding a dramatic improvement in our performances.17
-
Absolute bastard timed the announcement after our last home game. Some sort of protest at the Home playoff game surely.2

He has to die eventually....2

Disagree entirely.The_President said:I think a lot of people are getting really precious about this boycott lark - just bloody go for christs sake. If you dont, its only your (and the teams) loss.

Really hope the article is fake, and based on what Bexleyheath boy AND airman have said , it could be old news!
Fingers crossed!0 -

Duchatelet bought Charlton at a price based on what division we are in.
Wtf he cannot sell this way is a mystery.4 -
I think Roland has made it clear the boycotts don't bother him.ElfsborgAddick said:
