As passed around at the fans meeting.

    Now with the museum.

Lee/Paul, the page with the full map of the site seems to have been separated from the rest so if you still have it.

I hope those windows are reinforced for when we start crossing practice!

Think MS said before they were the old plans that were put on ice.
  • Deliberately not put number plates on the cars so we dont know who the transfer targets are. Clever.

Yeah its what I understood from the Press Conference with Gallen | Southall | Bowyer

Think its Gallen who is asked about the Training Ground plans as he's quite hesitant when he answers as wasnt sure why people hadnt known the plans when they were released by Roland

Southall then all but said that it was just a continuation of what the original plans were meant to be

    Love these plans.
    Memorial garden?
Car park spaces need double lines like in Bluewater so you don't do in your back squeezing in and out, and for the future each car park space should have a charger for electric cars. Also need a secure bicycle storage area, and a separate kitchen (area) for vegan/ vegetarian food, and a little tea hut for spectators at U18 and U23 matches (I will work in there for free if it helps).
Fantastic plans, love 'em, almost as good a pouring over train timetables.

  • Bit disappointed we're only getting one goal. :-(

Once the training ground redevelopment has been completed will we automatically become a Category 1 academy?

Parking spaces behind the goal!! Whoever is the worst trainer should have to park there the next day
  • Only skimmed through, why are there bedrooms? Digs for academy players?

I guess as well for early games like Cardiff and Sheff Wed

Bowyer said that he didnt like the preparation ahead of the former because of how the players would be doing seperate routines so they stayed in a Hotel prior to the latter

With there being bedrooms @ the training ground it'll be something we're ready for

No but we'd be very close

We'd have to show we had the right level of qualified staff, equipment and procedures to meet the standards required.

    I don't know the detail.

They are rest and recovery areas not living quarters.

You could stay overnight but they're not digs

Have these plans been approved by RBG and will TK still be in charge of construction?

Has the three story building been given approval by planners in Greenwich? I'm aware that a two story building has planning permission. Local residents were complaining about it for various reasons.

My guess would be that having CACT based there would heavily influence cllrs.

So is this actually going ahead or is it a pipe dream?
