    Judge has bottled it then?
don't think so. just our main 'witness' as it were is a clown/chancer/lovely guy and should be kept on in some capacity

He has been shown up for what he is today.......'great' on social media but not so much when it matters
Team game @mrbligh. MMs submission would have been shared and checked and updated wjere necessary by the cafc/ESI legal team (i presume).
  • So no injunction means ES1 can sell to TS and ES1 and ES2 argue the toss later, whilst CAFC sails into a stunning future free of the snakes ?

    Yes
  • The case is going to trial come what may - the issue is whether to grant an injunction to prevent a trial beforehand. That is why they have been making submissions about whether damages are a suitable resolution - if so, no need for an injubction to prevent the sale.

  • I guess from the judge's point of view, us not being able to strengthen the side before the transfer window closes isn't relevant to this case.

We may not like the decision but I hope our fans can respect this is a UK court of law and not swear down the mic

  • I hope NLA, Dodger and the gang are all set to pay Elliott a visit very soon.
Hopefully they wont need to... Be good if Louis can chat with TS after the game

To be honest, MM made that likely. What a plank.
Probably by design in my opinion.

He's one of them don't forget.
This is ridiculous. What would you, lock him away and forbid he gives evidence? He is the incumbent and it fell to him to provide the submission presumably through others to the court.
  • I hate this fucker
  • Only Charltone ffs, this mess will never end will it?  :'(

But the law isn't interested in whether we can out out a decent side against Hull

IF the club was in genuine danger, that's different of course
