Also you couldn't use it to buy tomorrow's stream overnight.0 -

With the Christmas relaxation of the rules I'd expect Boxing Day to be Tier 3 folks only. That would be fair, but if I were Charlton I'd insist on them all wearing full HazMat suits.0 -

@ for me right now.

My Charlton cash has been debited today - taking away £29 leaving me MINUS -£29 balance because I used it (plus the make-weight cash I had to add) to buy the December VP bundle. I haven't even got a bloody ticket for Wednesday either. What a mess!

First come, first served from 2.30pm for ST holders in Tier 2.3 -
So what happens if I send the TIER TWO email at 2.29? Or, like, now?0

Actually, I'm not sure I understand. How does one come and be served at 2.30? Will there be a link?0

Maybe down the line, supporters in the same bubble and who travel together could be accommodated and counted as one.0

Should be a 'full house' now they've changed it, which is great news0

I now know what it's like to be a 3rd class citizen. It used to be that you were told you were elite by way of wealth or title, but now it seems just living in Kent means you are now not even able to go & watch a football match. I suppose I'll just have to be satisfied exchanging my ST for CAFC cash & "purchase" my streaming ticket that way. Never thought i'd be a lower class of citizen than those living in Bermondsey.
Ho hum.10 -

We also knew that the DA postcodes would cause problems ( see BFG94's post above) but some stated this would be dealt with....How many other Kent residents will be offered tickets and decide not to query it ?
Then we hear that under 18s/younger children have been offered a ticket but NOT the adult in the same household.
My fear is that this is going to be a fiasco and may well have implications on the forthcoming matches which those of us missing out on Weds evening will suffer....
Well done to CAST for endeavouring to indicate the problematical areas of the issue but sadly, I think the horse had already bolted.
However I lodged a claim that even without underlying conditions 70 plus are more vulnerable to Covid .
I have not yet received a reply. I did phone the club to opt out in the end. Never the less no e-mail. I was shocked by the club's initial response as it flies in the face of all government advice at this time.
Therefore, as you can't get a shielding letter you are saying the club are saying you have to go to the match.
You are suggesting the club are forcing you to attend by presumably forcibly removing you from your abode and taking you to The Valley.
Perhaps, it would be a good idea to check what you write before posting.
Just a suggestion.
I did check the e-mail again
It told me to produce evidence to opt out which considering the circumstances we are in , is unfair.
Like I say I suggest you check what you have written before you post, as many of your posts are incorrect, don't make sense etc.
Just trying to be helpful, I'm not telling you what to do.0 -

Golfie, you're a miserable git whose glass is always half empty. You're always moaning or complaining and are never happy about anything.I like this and think we'd get on really well! We should definitely hang out more!

I'll say this for the final time, please read what YOU said and I quote.
"I got a reply on Saturday early saying I would have to go if chosen or produce a shielding letter."
You did not have to go, the club were not going to force you out of your house and frog march you to The Valley.

Apologies for reposting from the other thread....
ITV News are covering the ‘fans return’ story tomorrow, and are looking for a couple of Charlton fans attending the match to interview before they leave home. The interview would only take five to ten minutes, max. They’re ideally hoping for a family who live within walking distance of the Valley (but just one parent and child would do), who are real ‘home & away fans’ (their words).
They’d film the interview first, then film you leaving your house. They might then get shots of you going into the ground. If you fancy a shot at stardom, please send me a DM ;-)
Cheers

Got it; good.

I’m in!Questions (which possibly no one here knows the answer to):- Because I didn’t get drawn in either of the ballots am I still in the priority group for the Wimbledon match on the 12th or have I squandered that privilege?
- my ticket says 6:45 entry, if I don’t make it until 7pm will I be refused entry?1
