Did you attend the Doncaster trial match? The vast majority of people turned up at the designated time, people were checked & put into separate queues depending on there given arrival time, the process to get through the turnstiles was quite slow, with temperature checks etc Also people with bags were searched & print at home tickets are slower than cards to work on the turnstiles.JamesSeed said:

That there are tickets left is not the fault of those that were unsuccessful. Therefore they should get priority in the AFC ballot and if there is less than 2000 those that ‘won’ the MK Dons ballot can then go for what are left on a first come first served basis like the Ballot losers have had to this time.
It would not be fair to change the rules. If the club has had a 100% take up the ballot losers would have not had a look in.It’s the luck of the draw if the first game had been a Saturday you may have gotten more people taking up their tickets.
Then if they decide they want to amend from a ballot to another scheme they can implement from Bristol Rovers game and use this to cover that and Plymouth. The tiers are being reviewed after Plymouth so tier 3 maybe able to attend then.Whatever the club decides it won’t suit everyone but I feel they should honour their original commitment to the fans.
on that basis they should not change the process ahead the AFC game. As I have said in my post I would expect a Saturday game to have more takers the ballot was a draw those that didn’t get drawn out accepted they couldn’t go.I don’t think the club should use one midweek game where fans had 3 days notice that they would be able to attend as the yardstick for all of the other games. Do the second ballot and if they want to change it do so from Bristol Rovers. A Saturday game will be totally different
I have seen the clubs request for input and I will be providing feedback. I think they have done a fantastic job in such a short space of time with limited staff, especially after all the uncertainty they have been through/3 -

That’s odd. Yes, I did attend the Doncaster match, joined a short queue, and wasn’t asked my arrival time at any stage, and nor were those around me. Perhaps that was because our arrival time was relatively late.clive said:

Well happy about that. East Stand.And have found a volunteer for the ITV filming on Twitter. He’s a world champ crossbow guy called Simon. So it’s been a productive twenty minutes. 👍1 -
So far I've seen entry times of 6pm, 6:45 and 7:15, so the times seem to be in broad bands rather than say 15 minute slots0

Fans to return to football at EFL midweek games after coronavirus restrictions
Aside from a handful of pilot events in August and September, football grounds across the country have been empty since the professional game was suspended amid the coronavirus pandemic on 13 March.
On Wednesday, a total of around 10,000 fans will be allowed into six games in the English Football League (EFL).
League Two side Carlisle will be the first club to play with supporters in their stadium as their encounter with Salford City kicks off at 19:00 GMT. The remaining five fixtures - at Luton, Wycombe, Charlton, Shrewsbury and Cambridge - all start at 19:45 GMT.
Supporters will be allowed to sing in support of their team - but must remain socially distant.
However, there are some key differences to the matchday experience for those going to the ground. Fans will be told:
- not to touch the ball if it comes near them;
- not to approach players for autographs and selfies before or after games;
- to wear face masks as they enter the stadium and go to their seats.
- Clubs have all issued guidance to fans, although some of the the precise details - including whether face masks need to be worn by supporters when they are watching the game - depends on the individual clubs.In an exemption to present legislation, supporters do not need to buy a 'substantial meal' in order to drink alcohol in the concourses.In other changes to normal matches:Fans will be told to arrive at stadiums early.
- Social distancing must be observed.
- Fans will be advised against using toilet facilities 'at peak times' - at half-time and the end of the game.
- Supporters are being asked to avoid 'unnecessary movement' and stay in their seats throughout the game 'if possible'.
