Has Bowyer lost it?

Is the Hackney marshes comment amount Pearces attempt at clearing the ball or have I missed something else? Also how to Watt and Gilbey know eachother? If Gilbey has been mouthing off saying shit about Bowyer its clearly backfired given the second half reaction against Rochdale.
The initial post Sanchez Watt has reacted to was a photo of a sinking ship with Bows face on. Think that VFF is well over the top on twitter personally, always quick to jump on Bows back (even last season) and I called them out at one point to get the "did you go to the game? My opinion is therefore worth more than yours, especially cause I have X amount of followers"
Just so frustrating thats one of the main twitter pages representing our fanbase when it's run by a little kid who is so reactive.
I agree Bowyer has made some mistakes the past few weeks, even he has. But chopping and changing manager aint gonna do shit. This wage cap (and the fact we were almost in admin 2 weeks before the season started) has really made this tough for ourselves. People really need to get a grip. Its not even half way through the season and we're in touching distance of the playoffs. How can you not be happy???
Not read this thread at all so don't know the consensus, but no. Bowyer has not lost it.2 -

Very angry man isnt he...2

Hot take from me.
I doubt Sanchez Watt pays attention to Charlton post match press conferences to form that opinion. So he must have heard it from someone else, possibly the players he knows?0 -
Who is Sanchez Watt?4

I really get the feeling that some of our fan base are actually Lee Bowyer fans first and only support Charlton as he is our manager.I SUPPORT CHARLTON , I am not a signed up member of the LB love in. I don’t want him sacked, I want him to make Charlton successful. If he is not capable of doing that, then he goes. I am not attached to him in some big loyalty love in the way some appear to be. He is being very well paid to do this job, in the last couple of months, it’s been a disaster. Either fix it, or go...... it’s that simple.
I hope today is the first step on him fixing it.16 -
I'd be a little less bothered if it is a newer signing that is putting out the comments about Bowyer's approach / tactics
Not every signing a club makes will work out, sometimes the fit just isnt there whether its the players they're matched with, the overall formation that played, hell they may just not get a feel for the place like they have at other teams - It happens to us all at jobs, hell it took me about five years after being made redundant to find a job I felt comfortable and relaxed at again.
Would also make sense as if its an existing player, why only now would they suddenly think that Bowyer doesnt have a clue tactically
Yes they'd have been around for our poor form during the 2020 half of the Championship, but they'd surely have been around for the good start and there is a good chance they'd have been around in 2018/19 if its someone like Darren Pratley for example0 - Sponsored links:

With the salary cap it’s to a point a leveller for this League , where you have to make the most of what you’ve got rather than dip in and spend big and get the best players (the advantage that relegated teams will have for a bit )
it’ll separate the wheat from the chaff on the managers front2 -

Its difficult though as apart from Raplh's opening line he's right, we all just want Charlton to do well at the end of the day2 -
Sanchez Watt. Wow there is a name from the past. Started at Arsenal, played 30 odd games on loan at Leeds, in all the England youth set ups... Must have thought he had made it.
Then swiftly dropped through the leagues to now be at Wealdstone. Was he never good enough or just didn't apply himself I wonder.
Was he calling out Bowyer over using Hackney Marshes and saying he should have used a more local example? Maybe he didn't realise Bowyer is from Canning Town, 4 miles down the road. Assume one of our fans put him right on that.7 -
Hackney's a city?

I agree with Sanchez Watt. I don't see why Lee Bowyer had to make reference to Hackney, a place in London. Why couldn't he reference a place in his home City?13
