Why would we need a decent quality left back on a free transfer when we have Chris Gunter ? :
To be fair, I thought Gunter has done well at Left Back in the last couple of friendlies
Don’t understand the stick Gunther gets here. Played in different positions for us. He may be at the end of his career but I think he’s been decent for us.

I wasn't giving him stick but pointing out that we have a right back playing at LB. He may well have had some decent games but I would rather have a natural LB playing that position.

I imagine he's one where Accrington are asking too much at the moment. Looks like there are Championship clubs looking at him so when they eventually do lower their asking price we don't really stand a chance.
Accrington and Morecambe are the first in the division to balance Ins and Outs. Interestingly, 7 of the bottom 8 teams would consider themselves promotion candidates, it really is a bizarre summer.
Wondering whether we’ll also sign a goalkeeper. AMB is away and Adkins also spoke previously about him going on loan this season. If we could get a winger and left back this week and a goalkeeper next week, I’d be happy for us to take the rest deep into the window to get the best deals.
