Charlton are 22/1 with skybet to beat man united before 90mins.
All of a sudden we're the San Marino of the football league.
We are now 200/1 to win the cup itself
I suggest at least putting a tenner on the game
We all know we're not going to win and it's playing for pride but stranger things have happened!
Sometimes you just never know with Charlton.
We are the freak club. We are the weird awkward child of a family and the safe thing for other family members to do, is to just ignore us. No one really knows what to say.
I still remember Ian dowie got Charlton players playing cricket at sparrows Lane when we were fighting for survival
No one knows what's going to happen next.9 -
Imagine first window to be Valley Gold and 550 points. At 2 per person there can surely be only about 3,000 members on those points leaving a 1,000 if all those 550+ take up their tickets?Anybody have an idea of the points table and numbers?0

Would have thought anyone who needs a ticket would get one.
As for transport best bet would be take you car and drive home same night.
I will have to look for TV link as unable to make that date.0 - Sponsored links:

With this one I really do struggle to see the justification of 2 per member I have at least 3 people messaging me/ posting on social media how they are well up for this one and I can say with 99% certainty there last game was play off final.I don’t have an st anymore and probably attend 10/15 games a season, however I was an st for 14 years and used to do every Saturday away game for a number of years.Everyone who wants one will get a ticket as I know a good few that aren’t going to the expense and time off work0

There's no way there is 3000 paying Valley Gold members, and most of them won't be going to Old Trafford on a January midweek (both my parents won't be going for instance and they both have VG)1

1. The regulars sit up the front and get first dibs on the lemon drizzle and marble cake.2. If you’re looking to use the coach simply for this one off game, keep to yourselves. It’s up to the regulars to decide to what level of interaction you receive throughout the day
3. Don’t be late to the various departure points. For those of you in Kent, that means get to your departure points by the 6th Jan. For those of you going from anchor and hope lane, be at the bus stop 20 mins before departure and don’t get agitated when the coach is invariably 20 mins late.
4. Get on in silence, no loud chatting, booze or fun of any kind. Inane mutterings about Charlton are allowed and the occasional quiz question.
5. Do not overstay the 45 mins permitted at whatever service station we stop at. I know you all want to spend your hard earned cash at the McDonalds and KFC’s, but the only aroma of food we enjoy is that of the cake or a plain ham sandwich.6. No roudy behaviour.7. Leaving Old Trafford. The coach drivers will tell you where the pick up point is. Don’t be tempted to mix with anyone who has gone by train or ‘making a day of it’. The day is the day, nothing will be made of it.
8. Returning home. Absolute silence. Remember, the vast majority of fans on the coach won’t be doing anything silly like taking the next day off as holiday, so will likely need to be in work by 9am, some not returning to deepest, darkest Kent until 5am on the Wednesday. It is permitted to exchange a few words with the passenger next to you about the game as you leave Manchester, but from about 11pm, you must stare into the abyss and forget about the game and look forward to the rest of a meaningless season
9. Arriving home. Get off. You are welcome to nod to your fellow passengers as you disembark, but it is up to them if they reciprocate and wish you well on your way. No congregating at the bus stop on the a206, no looking back, just be on your way.21 -

I can’t see us shifting more than 7000 when we couldn’t get that many for Brighton at home1
-
Booked trains up on the 10th and back on the 11th for £60 return using splitmyfare.co.uk. Trains are 3hours each way in total with a connection (Doncaster on the way up and Stafford on the way down), but I’m taking the day off anyway so no massive rush. There are quicker direct trains (about 2 hours each way) for about £75 return at the moment.2

Been pestered by more non season ticket holders than those "included" in yesterday's crowd by default. Sense of deja vu from 1994 - at least no camping out this time - I hope!0
