Split evenly between May, Leaburn and another, that’s around 30 starts each… we’ve seen last season that Leaburn is prone to the odd niggle, so 20-30 starts would seem to be about right for him.
Up to Leaburn to then come back and complete.
And no one is behind Aneke given he never plays.13 -

Leaburn 3rd striker.
Your fourth striker (who I'm not sure we'll get) could be a PL loanee.
We'll play 51 games minimum this season, likely at least a couple more. There's plenty of games for 3 strikers given we appear to be playing 2 up top, and likely cup games, injury cover etc for a fourth.1 -

And as for dear old Chuks, if he's ever fit, he's only going to sit on the bench and be used sparingly.

I wish one of the journalists could ask Holden if there is some kind of timeframe for Aneke’s injury1

Forget Smith… we’re even injuring the players that don’t end up signing with us.

I know it's old news but he has been mentioned, we missed a trick with Cole Stockton. He will bag at least 15 goals this season and would be the physical presence we need to partner Alfie.
I ain't being dramatic but if we go into this season without a physical striker and a centre back who has a bit of pace and doesn't flap, we won't have a chance of autos. It will be a real shame cause we have some players who are up there

We will still bring a few in. In the meantime, I think we have a decent chance of beating Orient with what we have.0

When we went up under Bowyer we had trouble fielding a full team against Sunderand in the first game. We are in a much better position now and the club have said we will be signing more players. Orient lost to Colchester yesterday.28

Important week because we need to get some players out the door.I suspect it’s obvious who we want to move on permanently but I’m guessing there are players we want to find loans for too. If it’s necessary to get these moves done before we bring anyone else in then this week takes on even greater significance. We are desperate for a striker to support May.
