  • This sums it up. They could have probably got Neto (total quality) and Cunha instead of Mudryk.

It’s not often that I want Arsenal to win, but I’m an honorary gooner this afternoon.

Keep up the good work Agent Poch!
  • Charlton-like defending from Arsenal to gift Liverpool an undeserved equaliser on the stroke of half-time.

Not sure what's happened to Liverpool today but they've been awful.

Will likely win the game regardless.

Am I missing something on the penalty shout there? Did Macallister not catch Havertz before he got the ball?

    Oh, that’s wonderful.
Allison has been due a ricket for so long now.
I guess, to be fair, that’s an indicator of how good a keeper he is, but that error has pleased me greatly. His air of invincibility will take a knock, which can only hurt the scousers.

Awful goalkeeping. I’m no Liverpool fan but I really can’t stand Arteta and the way he celebrates like that. Arsenal deserved the win.

    Oh, absolutely.
Arteta is hugely unlikeable. But Liverpool are more unlikeable.
  • Just the 10 bookings (including the whole of the Arsenal back four that started the second half) with two of those contributing to a Liverpool sending off

When all is said and done, the cheats (City) will win another plastic title whilst we wait on the investigation, that will no doubt be brushed under the carpet for their financial cheating.

Would rather Arsenal or Liverpool for a change at least.

41 premier league goals this weekend so far.
I think I’m right in saying that if there are 3 goals in the Brentford v Man City game tomorrow, it’ll equal the most goals in a weekend set of fixtures since they reduced it to 20 teams.

Blimey, if that was Bruce Grobbelaar in goal for the Dippers, he would have been investigated for match fixing after that performance.  Deary me.

Couldn't agree more. I've never really minded Arsenal too much, but i've found myself disliking them more and more in recent seasons because of his antics.

The carry on yesterday was ridiculous. I get you've won a big game, but if City win tonight you're third and in all honesty you'll probably finish the season third, which means you've actually gone backwards from last year and will finish the season without a trophy (we're not counting the community shield) again. Relax dickhead.

Yesterday Liverpool had a throw, Arteta started tapping his watch about how much time they were taking. Liverpool were losing at the time so let them take as much time as they like.

Gomez has already been booked. He was trying to get him a second yellow

Not an Arteta fan but listening to salty Liverpool fans complaining about the Arsenal celebrations as being 'over the top' is pretty funny when they celebrated drawing with West Brom like it was the World Cup final and Klopp running on the pitch against Everton. City will still probably win the league anyway so it's all nonsense.
  • Just wait until the celebrations from Nathan Jones when we equalise in the last minute against Northampton to get a draw.

  • Need to get some inspiration from Guy Luzon for proper manager celebrations.
  • Proper route one goal from Brentford.

The Brentford keeper, Mark Flekken, came under a bit of criticism by the pundits before tonight's game against City. Brentford are drawing 1-1 and Flekken has made nine saves so far, the most saves he's ever made in a PL game and the most this season by any PL keeper in the first half of a game. City have never had 10 shots on target in the first half of a PL game either.

City’s 2nd goal means that’s now 44 goals in the premier league this weekend. That equals the record since it went down to 20 teams.

That’s 45. Great premier league weekend
Foden with a hattrick. He is such a good player.

Hard to find someone who doesn't play better when he's in the team in fairness, but I think Foden really benefits when KDB is fit and playing. He's great at finding that extra space created by teams trying to close down De Bruyne and seems to play with a bit more freedom.
