Only at Kent could you have cameras that fail to capture a fantastic catch AND then tweet, proclaiming the brilliance of said catch but showing zero footage of it being taken!

And now Kent have taken to showing one that Denly made earlier so we know exactly what today's catch looked likeAddick Addict said:Only at Kent could you have cameras that fail to capture a fantastic catch AND then tweet, proclaiming the brilliance of said catch but showing zero footage of it being taken!

Last Thursday, at Beckenham, Kent Walking Cricket played Surrey walking Cricket and it was a literal walk over and not for Kent.
Surrey dominated - the A Team won 160 vs 85 net runs though it was closer than the score suggests and the B Team also won 236 vs 32 net runs.
I currently play with Wallington in Surrey, hoping for Kent to get their act together and set up their Greenwich Walking Cricket activity.3 -
213-7 overnight and in a really good position to dismiss Hants for a relatively low total. A hundred runs late and it's 313-8 now. Some things don't change.5

Not sure that Somerset are very happy about it, but the umpires have just taken them off for bad light with the score on 377-90

We're playing both Hants AND Somerset ???
No wonder we've had a disastrous morning.2 -
My apologies - I had Somerset on my mind because I had just posted about young Archie Vaughan on the England thread!Fanny Fanackapan said:

Can't see Hants being too upset. They probably have enough for the innings victory everyone else gets against Kent!0
-
Only Kent can go from a good position to a bad one!0

To be fair, in most games this season we've usually gone from a bad position to a terrible one...sillav nitram said:Only Kent can go from a good position to a bad one!2 -
50 up for Wheal and a 10th wicket unbeaten partnership of 57 so far
389-9

403 all out.
I'm going to hide behind the settee when our openers take the field.
" Lambs to the slaughter" comes to mind ...3 -

Even by our standards, 210-7 to 403 all out is quite an achievement!0
