  • Sambre- Anatomy of a crime.
.A hard watch at times but as gripping as it is shocking.
Drama based on true story of the  French judicial system's failure to prevent serial rapists  30 year reign of terror on the French/ Belgian border.
Never have the words hiding in plain site been more apt.
With the current case of a husband drugging his wife and allowing over 80 local men to help themselves to her, I would imagine it’s quite pertinent.

Season 3 of ‘Hacks’ caught my attention after Emmy wins earlier in the week.
Comedy / drama about a successful stand up and her relationship with her writer. Interesting commentary on power dynamics in working relationships and 2 strong female roles at different stages of their life.
Really enjoyed the first 2 seasons on prime and glad to see it’s getting accolades now.
S3 appears not to have been picked up by any Uk broadcast / steaming entity so you have to watch via firestick or other online resource.

Dreadful programme, gave up 10 mins into Episode 2

Squid game was superb, worthy of the reviews.
Season 2 Squid Game will premiere December 26th and will follow Gi-hun as he abandons his plans to go to the US and starts a chase with a motive. Confirmed that a third and final season will premiere in 2025.

Got to say it is ‘fantastically shite’. Had to watch it to the end though and it didn’t disappoint.

Bob was so poorly with shingles during the last season, that off camera he was in a wheelchair and they had to carry him to his seat on the river bank.
He lost nearly all mobility in his left leg and is still not full recovered.

This has been going for two weeks and the train is still 39 miles short of Leeds. Didnt realise they were showing this in real time.

Yeah just watched 3rd and 4th episodes.

Daft as anything with a rubbish plot and acting, yet somehow compels you to keep watching

  • Watched the first episode of the new Celebrity SAS Who dares wins and suffered through a load of 'influencer' and 'reality tv stars' acting like muppets for an hour. Don't really know why I agreed to watch it as I knew I'd find everyone annoying and said as much to my gf, who promptly fell asleep half way through while I struggled through the rest of the hour.

Enjoying Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story on Netflix (season two after Jeffrey Dahmer).

Enjoying it so far, good 80's soundtrack.

This happens in my house quite a lot.
    It's so £$%£$%£ annoying.
There's a sure fire way of waking her up though.
Pick up the remote and think of turning over.

I love who dares wins and the way Billy and Foxy especially bring the muppets down to earth.

I just can't stand the idiots on the celebrity version, they get all the air time when there's other people on the show who you barely see. We didn't even see the one woman get over the bridge in that first episode.
