This is where the doubts are for me......there can't be a better time to negoitiate on price than now or the next few (2-3) years, (unless you think we are going to be relegated).
Ultimately to get a good price you have to be prepared to walk away and set up a new Valley somewhere else.
Majority of fans will be against this but it's a card to hold in your hand. With years on the lease we have time to look elsewhere. Always fancied the massive hole next door to Bluewater, but that might be taken now?

The one thing you don't want in a negotiation is to look desperate or that there's only one option.
So publically, the owners aren't going to say anything to give RD an edge like "we can't let the lease go under 10 years" or " we'll pay whatever price you want, we're loaded"
