Why would anyone want to sit amongst the West Ham fans? If we score you just have to sit still like a statue and if they score, presumably you have to stand up at least to avoid being "outed " and possibly getting a little slap before being ejected.
Pay a tenner and watch it on Charlton TV and get your mates to come round and watch it with you with a few beers is a much more sensible proposition.
If i remember correctly they left a gate open at the top of our bit and there was quite a bit of too and fro with our lot and the happy hammers for a while1 -
I knew a few of their lot a few years back and one of them got me a ticket in the Bobby Moore upper. We were winning i was sitting on my hands for the most part.
Half time comes and i hear someone shouting my name from below. I look down and its another mate of mine from Dartford shouting "what are you doing sat there, you're Charlton" as he headed to the bar at half time.

Asked the ticket office when at the ground today. They are still waiting for them to arrive from West Ham

Could the delay be due to any met police concerns on parking living large away crowds, is there any demo's or other big events on the day?0

Be careful in the home end. I went to WHU v Liverpool a few years ago and Hammers come round looking for away fans ..
I had a flat cap, Barbour and a Alright mate accent so got away with it ! Also support CAFC but wanted WHU to lose for a laugh ..3 -

would hope when these do eventually go on sale, the club is smart enough to release the lower tier first to the early phases.1

Tickets for the Addicks' trip to the London Stadium to face West Ham United on Saturday, August 22nd will go on sale the day after they arrive at The Valley. We have been in contact with West Ham and expect the tickets to be delivered at some point next week. Supporters will be notified in advance of the on-sale date.

could be online by now / made a condition of the league in the same way other ‘standards’ are mandated.3 -
Seeing as this match is likely to attract Interest from most Addicks. I hope they restrict it to 1 per season ticket holder until all phases are sold. Yes I know some want to take their mates who don't usually go, but prefer regular following than the former. . They won't as it likely to be 2.
Then watch within a couple of days people offering spares.7
