You can see your total, but is there any way of going through your history yourself so you can identify discrepancies? As far as I can see, you can’t
    Unfortunately, there isn't.

Based on the fact that so many people are missing ten points, is it possible that it was five points for cup games, regardless of whether they were home or away last season? Somebody already said that the ticket office said we only got five for Chelsea, so it would make sense that Stevenage was also only worth five points.

    So was I similar I was 610 now 585
That may be due to points from the 24/25 season no longer being valid.
Was only a few days ago,

Criminal that West Ham has been given a tax payer subsidised statement and then only allocates us 3000 out of 68000 tickets.  EFL rules need looking at, when even the useless FA requires a 10 per cent allocation. The club should tell West Ham give us more tickets or you will only get half of the Jimmy Seed for the return game which is about the same percentage allocation.
That wouldn't achieve anything. Not only are we required to offer at least a 2,000 allocation but by not offering a full allocation we would just be losing out on ticket revenue.

Unless of course we were to sell out the home areas then we'd be able to have the discussion about reducing there allocation to 2,000 but think that would be highly unlikely on a Tuesday night in March and potentially struggling in the league.
You may be right - but there should be some way of punishing West Ham for their behaviour.

Very odd, mine says 765, bought a women's season ticket before the hike and has women's fixtures in my history, wonder if it's because I gave my fan I'd for the play off, also for the Hull and Wigan u18s games., only a theory but something not right as that doesn't add up either

You seriously think our ownership won’t want to extract every last penny out of the home game?

Valley gold is £120 per year for ticket priority and a chance of winning prizes ( I’ve been a member 6 years and never won anything )
st are paying for 23 games of football.

Think valley gold being phase 7 is a tad strong but is what it is.

3000 allocation in a 68,000 stadium is a joke Essex cockney slags.

I’m sure Valley Gold was quite often at Phase 5 in the past, so perhaps a bit of a demotion for this game (and maybe season). Bit of a shambles that the membership scheme isn’t up and running, particularly with such a high profile first away match…probably the biggest in our season.

My loyalty points are about 300 lower than they should be, putting me in Phase 9 when I should be in Phase 2 (I don’t have VG).

Bloody infuriating as no doubt the phones will be rammed tomorrow to get them to fix it

They were expecting it to be tv but membership scheme should have been live when first phase of sts had elapsed at least. Instead there's the season ticket one-day priority scheme. Wonder which games that will be busy for...

Hopefully will be resolved before it bites mate.
  • If, when buying 2 tickets per membership, the buyer were able to allocate the 2nd ticket to another account... and if the club were to roll this out now... from next season they could transition all ticket sales to 1 ticket per member. Technically, allocating a membership to a purchase is not a difficult task, they already do it, they just need to relax the qualifying criteria on the 2nd ticket.

Having loads of sales phases is just daft, because you end up delaying your groups' purchase... or buy your groups' tickets across the phases and then some may not sit in their allocated seats.

I could understand there being many phases if they released the best blocks first, but they don't.

I don't have a problem with the current system, like most, I long ago worked out how to buy what I need.

But that doesn't mean improvements don't stare us in the face. With a small amount of thought the club could easily cut by more than half the number of gripes/suggestions people have year after year.

I know this has died a death but my Dad has been a season ticket holder for over 40 years and a VG member for as long as it has been running. He no longer has a season ticket as commitments elsewhere with family etc means it’s not worth having one. Why should some Johnny come lately who’s bought a season ticket for the first time this year deserve a ticket for West Ham over him? I’m intrigued to know.

I think you’ll be fine with 585 if you just go on when that phase goes live. Imagine it’ll sell out in that phase though

As sam3110 suggested, it is likely to be the playoffs. I also seem to recall bonus loyalty points being given out in 24/25. I don't remember exactly what it was for, but it was related to the playoffs (possibly for renewing your season ticket before the final?).

The 25 points you lost are points you shouldn't have had for the 26/27 season anyway. I also had more points when I bought my Cheltenham and Reading tickets, so we've all lost the points. However, the points I now have add up (assuming Chelsea and Stevenage were worth 5 points each)

The notion that there are hundreds of Charlton fans buying tickets for neutral mates or to sell for profit is preposterous, yet it gets repeated every time we have an in-demand away fixture.

There are also loads of people in the 600+ points range that travel with 2+ children, where the kids either don't have fan IDs, the adult doesn't know how to buy 2+ tickets, or the adult doesn't know how to (or waits too long) assign the points to somebody else.

It's not like we're Liverpool or Aston Villa and it's extremely difficult to accumulate points unless you already have them. Phase 6 was 590 points. Going to a mere 8 away games last season would have guaranteed you a ticket for this fixture.

The fans with 590+ points go to more away games than you do and are more deserving of tickets for in demand fixtures. Other than Blackburn last season, we had fairly decent away numbers (or so I thought), so that's a lot of people that deserve to be at West Ham in a few weeks.

Confident with the scaling it will reach at least Valley Gold (570).

Not sure we have 1,500 2yr St Holders who renewed early and went to 8 aways last season who will all be taking 2 tickets.

Valley Gold (which I have been a member of since the start) mostly seems pointless for me, as my points total is always around the OR Valley Gold phase and not an AND Valley Gold phase.

It seems to have slipped down though as someone else said. Maybe it's this game but from recollection it was around the Phase 5/6 mark. Maybe wrong though.

After the chaos at QPR last season that may be a bit easier, TV, night game, worst away end in the championship
  • I am confused by it all have five season tickets for several years and I have Valley Gold as well but although i can buy a ticket quite early couldn’t go without the grandchildren so not sure what phase they would come in season tickets renewed before June any ideas

You’ll be able to buy 2 when your points kick in. You’ll have to check how many points your grandchildren have. Do they do many away games ?

    Your options are

    - buy 2 tickets in phase 7, and the rest of the tickets in phase 8
    - buy all your tickets in phase 8.

Go with the first option you ought to get 2 tickets, minimum.

Go with the second option you could end up with 0 tickets.

Personal hunch - I reckon be online at the start of phase 8, get a favourable place in the queue, and not hang about with the purchase you should be ok. But I think if it gets to that stage, the tickets go quickly.

If your outlook is you all go, or none go, then you'd be looking at phase 8.
  • Whatever route you go down @superdulvertonred - in advance, make sure all those other accounts are linked to your cafc account, and their points totals are checked and correct. If you leave it until the moment of purchase to discover a discrepancy, it may be too late to rectify things in time.

I genuinely don't understand the absolute meltdown we get every time there is an attractive away fixture. Our points system is one of the fairest going, especially now more and more teams are keeping a % of their allocation back for random ballots.

Millwall away isn't until December, so for those moaning (again) there's plenty of points to be earned at the likes of Stoke, Burnley, West Brom and Middlesborough before then.
Also we've had the same points system for ages, it's not like we've just introduced it.

Agree it rewards those who do away games. It is alwaysteh same people on the odd big game that pipe up that its not fair or shoudl be changed etc.

And the beauty of our system is most of our allocations always reach general sale as well.

A season ticket holder for the last 2 seasons who has never been away before could potentially very quickly rise up through the phases. Some clubs it’s impossible for fans to even get the opportunity to generate extra loyalty points hence having ballots. A perfectly fair system for us.

Are there any smaller clubs doing the random ballots? Personally, I think it makes sense for the big teams like Liverpool and Aston Villa as they have so many dedicated supporters that it's impossible for anybody new (or experiences personal issues causing them to miss a season) to go to games.

Some people are already getting their excuses in early and have lied about how many points they have (just as I expected). It's the same people every time. Of course, they won't attend a single one of those fixtures you listed and will complain when they miss QPR away.
