Slept on it. Even more pissed off today. Don't care about the result or anything more in the "Why can't we have nice things?" Sort of way.Last year it felt our injury crisis was kinda self inflicted. 3 players for 2 positions (Edwards, Bell, Gilly) one of them injury prone, another not up to the league. Was a crisis waiting to happen.Same on the right with Burke as the only backup for Ramsay and Jones whilst also being made of glass. And Ramsay also the only other option at RWB once we realised Apter was shit. Again asking for trouble.But this year we have depth and decent quality depth. We rotated for a midweek cup game even against top opposition. Yes still end up with an injury crisis.Are we just cursed?What could we have done differently. Maybe not play Billy or not have signed Burke in the first place. But really. Barely anything.19

Yeah, could all be correct, but just because JRS and TC are pals doesn't mean JRS would turn away a bigger wage with a promotion chasing Championship side and TC may have signed his contact anyway (supposedly before Derby), his pal joining was purely a coincidence.
