It’s about the amount of snow. Solid snow settling for 2 hours would be hard to clear. If it’s just snowing and not setting that’s fineSword65pf said:

Blackburn v Charlton will probably have the lowest attendance in the whole division this afternoon. I'm sure Barrow have undersoil heating and spend much more than Blackburn protecting the pitch.0 -
Think Blackburn might look at the conditions and think it levels the game up .. and gives them more of a chance as the game will be littered with mistakes and will be a bit of a farce … don’t think injuries, form will come into it today … conditions will be the winner ..1

If the pitch is frozen and therefore dangerous then fair enough. But just because its a bit cold and a few players don't fancy it shouldn't come into the decision.8

My mate runs an undersoil heating maintenance company in Lancashire. Blackburn are one his clients.
