Wigan have completed the signing of Honduras international left-back Juan Carlos Garcia on a three-year contract
According to his wiki page he's clocked up 18 appearances for his national side since July 2009. In the last two years Honduras seem to have played 32 "A" games. So, how is he getting a work permit? These are the rules: (1) they have played for their country in at least 75% of its competitive A team matches in the two years preceding the application; and
(2) the player’s country must be at or above 70th place in the official FIFA world rankings.
Fine on Honduras' FIFA ranking but he'd have had to have played 24 games in the last two years alone. I don't understand?!
Blackstock is 31 and signed a 5 year contract with Forest last season, but played in only 6 of the 15 games Billy Davies was in charge of last year and they've just signed Mackie. He may leave Forest this summer but if hes coming to us I suggest it would only be on loan

Accrington have completed the signing of striker Danny Webber on a one-year deal following a successful trial with the club. Webber arrives as a free agent after leaving Doncaster this summer and has been training with the Reds throughout pre-season.
Cardiff have confirmed the signing of defender John Brayford from Derby County on a four-year deal. The 25-year-old right-back joins the Bluebirds in a deal believed to be around £1.5m.
