According to his wiki page he's clocked up 18 appearances for his national side since July 2009.Covered End said:Wigan have completed the signing of Honduras international left-back Juan Carlos Garcia on a three-year contract
In the last two years Honduras seem to have played 32 "A" games.
So, how is he getting a work permit? These are the rules:
(1) they have played for their country in at least 75% of its competitive A team matches in the two years preceding the application; and
(2) the player’s country must be at or above 70th place in the official FIFA world rankings.
Fine on Honduras' FIFA ranking but he'd have had to have played 24 games in the last two years alone. I don't understand?!0 -

Would be very happy with that. Used to be good but lost his way a bit. Powell would get the best out of him.The Red Robin said:Dexter Blackstock linked with us, Huddersfield, Leicester and Doncaster.

...wiki says he signed a 4.5 year contract with Forest in January.0

Blackstock is 31 and signed a 5 year contract with Forest last season, but played in only 6 of the 15 games Billy Davies was in charge of last year and they've just signed Mackie. He may leave Forest this summer but if hes coming to us I suggest it would only be on loan

4 mill? If we had 4 mill to spend, we could put it towards our annual losses.Tewkesbury_Addick said:Forest bid 4 mill this morning which has apparently been accepted and QPR are in turmoil
