Van Persie pretty much won United the league last season, he won them countless points with his goals. He's only started half their league games so far and they're struggling, losing a lot of tight games that last season he won for them.
To be fair to Moyes - United could have sacked Ferguson early in his career with them - I remember us beating them a few times with him in charge! Fergie will have recommended Moyes and will be reminding the board of that fact.
Moyes has also been left with one of the worst UTD teams that ive seen in years.
They seemed to do reasonably OK last season!
Gary Neville summed it up well when he said that United under Moyes are static and predictable - that is the way Moyes plays, low risk, defensive football - that is fine for Everton but not enough at United.
He needs to let the players get back to the risk taking, buccaneering football they played under Fergie where they would simply overwhelm you with attacking numbers.
I dont disagree that Moyes is half the problem and over rated would be an understatement especially when you see where Everton are in the league, but I think Fergie jacked it in when he did as he knew a another rebuild was needed.

That is true, but it's more than one player, the whole team has gone from "Kevin Pietersen" to "Chris Tavare" in a single season!
2 obvious pens disallowed by the 'world's greatest referee' .. now that Ferguson has gone, perhaps the fear of not bending over backwards to accommodate Manchester United has gone with him
How much longer will they give him? Horrible season.
Genuinely think he'll be given until at least November. The question is will they give him the backing he needs in the transfer market? They over achieved massively last season largely because RVP stayed fit and all their main competitors were basket cases. They are totally reliant on RVP and Rooney, behind that they have an upper mid table squad which is where they're at.
Ferguson knew it was time to get out as he didn't have the stomach/time for another squad rebuild. Moyes' only mistake so far is not starting the rebuild last summer, instead choosing to go with the flawed squad Ferguson managed to drag one last hurrah out of, but it's not really fair to be judging Moyes against Ferguson, at least not yet.

Moyes did sign Fellaini though, just didn't end up being very good...
Moyes' finest moment was to accuse Jeff Winter of being swayed by the raucous Valley crowd (Ooohah will wet himself) to give a couple of decisions in favour of CAFC vs the Toffees many moons ago. Other than that, a whinger of the highest order.
Worse decision he made was too inexplicably give Nani a five year contract!
Said all along the wrong appointment and as soon as they get rid the better for them. Too negative and job too big for a perennial non- winning manager.
I see he's crying wolf about a penalty decision, if he took his Man United tinted glasses off he'd realise that actually not everyone's against him and his team, but that it was a penalty
In his interview he said that him and his team are starting to laugh at the refs.
The way I see it is Moyes is laughing at the refs, whilst his team are laughing at Moyes who is laughing at the refs, whilst the world are laughing at the team laughing at him laughing at the ref, but the world is also laughing at Moyes laughing at the ref. the refs are also laughing at the team laughing at moyes who's laughing at the ref, whilst also laughing directly at moyes who is laughing at the ref.

Shit, aint it?!

To give the Man u fans credit on Talksport they certainly weren't just pointing the finger at Moyes.
Players and directors took some stick...
Quite like Moyes as it goes, so feel sorry for him in a way.

So I don't know why Moyes is laughing.
Ugly man.
