Could put together a serious promotion challenge with that sort of money.

Apparently the percentage was meant to be 20% but Wolves negotiated it down to about 10%.
Rumours are they basically said if Maidenhead didn't agree to it they wouldn't sell him. As part of that they apparently agreed to give more up front to Maidenhead rather than splitting it in the way they'll be getting the money from West Ham.1 -

There will be some tough decisions for Maidenhead. They may well be able to buy their way into the EFL, but can they sustain it? At present, their crowds are 1400ish, I think. I don't know what potential there is for increasing that and how difficult it would be to expand ground capacity beyond 4,000. If they fail to get promoted at the first or second attempts, will the money run out?1

Sounds awful, but I find it hard to believe that they could have kept Kilman if Maidenhead hasn't agreed. They are part time. Their ground is the oldest continuously used ground in the world. But they're upping sticks I believe, think ground sharing with the rugby club. You can see the stadium as you pull into the station from London direction. Not much to it.Chris_from_Sidcup said:

I've seen quite a lot on socials about the fans getting more and more unhappy with how Fosun are running things , another season ticket price hike for kids it seems this year and just general lack of communication.0 -
