    Is it fair to say we are roughly at the same stage with both potential signings or is one more advanced than the other? Also are we talking about players who should (in theory) walk straight into the first team as opposed to warming the bench? I'm guessing we are.

    Church was number 9 last season, as I understand it players keep their numbers unless another player asks for it and they agree to give it up, so I think he'll keep 9

    I think we were very close at one stage but then he started getting first team football.

    Although not heared of any other clubs sniffing around him which supposes me a bit.
