No, Burnley have to start thinking and behaving like a Premiership team and offer money for decent players. Is Dale really the person you want in midfield in the Premier League, especially when you've got plenty of money to play with?

Yes. Brighton did well last season but the season before that Dale was out injured for most of it and they nearly went down. Not all down to him of course but he is a very good player.

I also think Burnley are looking to pocket as much as they can and are building a really strong team to go back up again if they don't get lucky.

Burnley took that approach last time, this season's they'll be targeting comfortable survival like Watford and (to a lesser extent) Bournemouth achieved

I think it's been common knowledge since Brighton lost in the playoffs that Burnley were after Stephens.

Rumours are circulating that after hours of careful negotiating Katrien agreed to pay a sell on fee to Brighton should Stephens be sold to Burnley.

So this Harry Davis was only fit to play 11 games last season and hasn't completed a pre season since 2013 due to persistent injury problems. Sounds like a perfect Charlton signing!

As Harry Davis other than last season has always played about 30-games in a season
