But that would have taken some of her precious time, you need to consider that dfs have sofa sales in January.... Negotiate a good deal for sale Stephens or go sofa shopping, we all know the outcomeHenry Irving said:Katrien will have negotiated a sell on fee. Yes, she must have, surely
Still Astrid has proved a more than adequate replacement2 -

Bad news. She's spending it on a throw and some scatter cushions for the sofa3 -
Makes JBG for 3 million seem way under. But I'm no CEO.ForeverAddickted said:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3684794/Burnley-suffer-transfer-frustration-Brighton-reject-4million-Dale-Stephens-bid.html

Yes. Brighton did well last season but the season before that Dale was out injured for most of it and they nearly went down. Not all down to him of course but he is a very good player.killerandflash said:
No, Burnley have to start thinking and behaving like a Premiership team and offer money for decent players. Is Dale really the person you want in midfield in the Premier League, especially when you've got plenty of money to play with?Redrobo said:Burnley have to start thinking and behaving like a Premiership team and offer decent money for players. They got £150 mil for going up. Some of this money needs to go down the food chain. Stephens £6mil. Cousins £4 mil to replace him. It is how it should work, but Brighton will want to mug us off even if they get a decent fee.
I also think Burnley are looking to pocket as much as they can and are building a really strong team to go back up again if they don't get lucky.0 -

Crewe fans on Twitter seem to think we're signing Harry Davis. Know absolutely nothing about him, quick Google and he's a 6'2 defender.0

Rumoured to be signing David Davis as well, and after signing Ricky Holmes and losing out on Duane Holmes, maybe Slade has been told to sign players with the same name to reduce the amount of shirts he have to print with different names on?cafc_harry said:Crewe fans on Twitter seem to think we're signing Harry Davis. So Simeon Jackson, Filip Novak, Dionatan Teixeria and Robert Bauer all to sign soon9 -
Trying to find out more about it but it seems Crewe only have about 5 fans.0

Burnley took that approach last time, this season's they'll be targeting comfortable survival like Watford and (to a lesser extent) Bournemouth achievedRedrobo said:

I think it's been common knowledge since Brighton lost in the playoffs that Burnley were after Stephens.2

Rumours are circulating that after hours of careful negotiating Katrien agreed to pay a sell on fee to Brighton should Stephens be sold to Burnley.Todds_right_hook said:
I bet our mighty CEO didn't negotiate a sell on clauseForeverAddickted said:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3684794/Burnley-suffer-transfer-frustration-Brighton-reject-4million-Dale-Stephens-bid.html

So this Harry Davis was only fit to play 11 games last season and hasn't completed a pre season since 2013 due to persistent injury problems. Sounds like a perfect Charlton signing!0

You could say that about someone signing Will Hughes or Joe Gomez though?OhEddieYouds said:So this Harry Davis was only fit to play 11 games last season and hasn't completed a pre season since 2013 due to persistent injury problems. Sounds like a perfect Charlton signing!
As Harry Davis other than last season has always played about 30-games in a season0 -
loveable Joey Barton has moved on, he'll be missed .. a replacement is needed, Stephens is from Lancashire and, I would reckon, would LOVE to play in the Premiercovered end junior said:I think it's been common knowledge since Brighton lost in the playoffs that Burnley were after Stephens.
