The Plymouth player clearly has no uppr body strength and gave up, which made it look more like common assault than the robust 50/50 challenge that it clearly was
What the clip doesn't go on to show is the composed finish from George Saville in to the top corner to secure the future of manager Gary Rowett for another month.0 -

The Football Association says it will impose "a very significant financial penalty" on Championship side Millwall should there be any further cases of discriminatory abuse by their fans.

I'm glad the football world has moved on. I'd like to think that racist, homophobic and discriminatory chanting are a thing of the past and there is, in most clubs, a degree of self governance amongst fans that ensures such chants remain consigned to history.
However, for James McLean, Millwall can have a free pass.4 -

I notice Rowett didn't thank those cuddly Millwall fans.0

Operation Rowett was a slow burner! It was always 80/20 whether agent R would fulfil his mission. M was dubious, but it was worth the risk, unfortunately mission NOT accomplished AND Charlton are STILL more shit than them!1

I am very surprised. He’s worked wonders there quite honestly. I wonder if this is Millwalls Curbs moment. We can only hope.4

I’m not sure Berylson Sr would’ve pulled the trigger on this.A very risky decision to move on from Rowett IMO. Hopefully they get the next appointment completely wrong a la Dowie.2

Hopefully they get the next appointment completely wrong a la Dowie. That’s the kind of consistency Millwall fans would’ve dreamt of 10-15 years ago. They didn’t really look in any danger of going down this season and there aren’t many better managers than Rowett for taking a Championship club forward again for 2024-25…4

Garner, Adkins or Holden?1
