  • Without being harsh on Fosu cause I wouldn't mind him staying, but if Bowyer says two are staying I do hope he has gone cause then it points to Bauer staying
  • Heard a rumour we’re in the bidding for John Marquis

He’d cost a few and wouldn’t have much of a residual value if he signed for more than 2 years so I very very much doubt it.

    That’d be awkward.
"You're just a shit better Andy Carroll"

  • Interesting, Grant McCann has just emerged as the favourite for the Hull City job. Maybe that's where the Marquis leaving talk has come from, might not be happy with his manager off and teammates rapidly departing around him
  • Would absolutely love Nketiah here. Him and Bielik please, c'mon Unai you know it makes sense.
    Nketiah born in Lewisham
aswel so is a local boy! Really hope we get Bielik back too, he got on well with LB so don’t see why he wouldn’t.

Would be be a real kick in the balls if he doesn’t come back ;)

“Newly-promoted Charlton Athletic appear to be the most likely destination for Nketiah at the moment.

The Addicks beat Sunderland 2-1 in the League One playoff final to seal their place in the Championship next season, and Charlton and Arsenal have done business together in the past, with Krystian Bielik's loan spell during the last campaign considered a huge success.

Charlton may have to act quickly, however, as it is likely a whole host of other Championship clubs will be interested in the player, or alternatively he could end up going abroad.“
  • Eddie would be a real quality addition for us and you would hope with our relationship with Arsenal down the years they would factor that in.

Marquis is likely to leave anyway. 67 goals for Doncaster in 3 seasons will attract attention from higher clubs

I was really hoping we’d get Nketiah after the Grant situation.

He’s highly rated by both Arsenal and England youth setups, sadly I think we are about 6 months too late to make it happen, he will play top tier football.
  • Arsenal are happy loaning to us - Bielik and Coquelin benefitted massively from it

I can see him going top tier in Germany for example, but I’m not sure whether Arsenal will loan him to another Prem side.
  • Looks like maybe Hoffenheim (among others) might want him? Arsenal loaned them Reiss Nelson last season and he did well, scoring seven in nineteen appearances.

Don't forget Sanogo... Hat trick in CAFC colours
  • Nketiah first linked with Charlton last September at Bromley Addicks.
  • Cawley has ruled out the Marquis link to Millwall, but not us. 2+2, John Marquis confirmed. Didn't mean to call you s**t when you missed your penno John, honest.
