I always thought it was strange that Josh got picked for NI before him, I knew Josh was "limited" but it now looks like NI were right.

It's a funny thing ...... often a player's face fits at a particular club and everything clicks in place for him.
Example off the top of my head: Simon Francis - scapegoat at Charlton, captain of a Premiership club at Bournemouth. Or even Yann Kermorgant ....... anti-hero at Leicester, legend here at Charlton.
And to think everyone was losing their shit on here a year ago because Sunderland were able to spend 4 million on him while we could only sign Josh Parker. Despite being bang average, if that, Parker was probably better for us than Grigg was for them.

An exciting new dawn for cafc or just another rainy day ? 88 years since the Glikstens Brother's got their mediocre hands on this club. Only the genius of Jimmy Seed gave us pre war and post war our golden period in that sepia toned age. Lack of ambition was the hall mark of Charlton Athletic which resonates to this day. Do ESI have the wherewithal to change that perception ? Who we keep and the status of the few incoming loan or permanent signing will reflex the way forwards or sideways ? 21st or hopefully mid table will be fine for now. The summer window is the key to the five year plan. This window is vital for the Five month plan.
