    It's not all bad news...
Before the Corona Virus, if you spent your time being anti-social and doing nothing but lying around the house doing the crossword, watching porn, drinking and ploughing through your DVD collection you'd feel guilty. Now, you can do the same and feel virtuous and noble about all the lives you are saving.

Ha so true.  Was with great relief that I got clarification that it is one "waLk" a day the  government was limiting us to .

Abolutely fantastic.  Geniuses.  I hope they are all lauded and appreciated roundly.  Really great news.

What a fantastic mind that man has. When shops are cynically putting up the process of essentials this guy has halted production and spent all week testing, testing, testing this game changer.

The next vacuum cleaner you buy is a g-tech

This could be an enormous boost to the nation

Going to have a party tonight with the neighbours later. We've already worked out how we are going to convene in a couple of gardens , keeping far apart, where we are going to drink and talk loudly to each other

Strictly no fence glory holes under any circumstances...no matter how much the booze flows or car keys get swapped.

(Unless you are gifted enough to keep the requisite 2 metres of course)

Experts think that when a vaccine is developed (which might take 18-24 months) it might offer lasting immunity, unlike the seasonal flu jab.

I'm guessing Edwina missed the WWE (F?) symbol in the bottom left.  Never the brightest spark, I mean how can you have respect for anyone who'd bonk John Major?

Currently working on group cash flow forecasts for the next few months. Nobody knows how bad things will get, so we are taking flyers on all kinds of scenarios. The word I have just invented for predicting bad news without any real knowledge is "Guessimism". Even google cant find it. I am stupidly pleased with myself.
    Little pleasures, eh.
So, a sentence with words invented on CL.  "What a cockwomble, he can't even do guessimism".

And the more you drink, the louder you'll talk.  Still, no one's kids have to get up for school in the morning.

Prince Charles is going to watch repeats of Can't cook won't cook and learn how to do boiled eggs and soldiers. Never too old to learn new life skills.

We are nearly a week into self isolation and it's really upsetting me to witness my Wife standing at the living room window gazing aimlessly into space with tears running down her cheeks.
It breaks my heart to see her like this.
I've even considered letting her come in but rules are rules.

Take a bow , brilliant , made me laugh in these sad and strange times.

I’m pretty sure no teams are training at the moment. Plenty of videos of players on Instagram of the doing stuff at home. Jason Pearce has been doing kick ups with bog roll - the irony....
