  • Gutted....RIP Seb...you will always be a legend
  • Unbelievably sad. RIP Seb.
  • Devastated. Never met him but feels like a family member who you greatly admired has gone, and far far too soon. Stay in everyone. Please.
  • RIP Seb

Hopefully the club will paint a mural where his flag hung in the Covered end.
  • RIP Seb
  • Bloody hell.  Charlton Legend. RIP.
  • There's not been a match day in recent years where I don't recall either seeing Seb, or clocking a reminder of his presence and dedication to Charlton.

For that to now not be the case going forward... I can't believe it. Devastatingly sad. RIP Seb.
  • One of those names you know connected with Charlton even if you don't know the man. Terrible news to hear.

RIP Seb, and condolences to the family.

Not the time but maybe the club take one seat from The Valley & one ticket out of every away allocation from now on for Seb as a mark of respect.

The Official Capacity of The Valley should be changed on the Official Site, Wiki, or anywhere else that records the figure.

    It should now read 27,110 + 1

How can the passing of a man I knew only by sight have such an effect. I am devastated at this news - part of our club has gone forever, but never to be forgotten.

    Done.
Sadly Wikipedia appears to have changed it back to normal already

  • Awfully sad news.  RIP Seb

  • R.I.P Seb use to see him in Bartrams after the game and away games when I went. No one could do the worm quite like him
  • This is terrible news, many condolences to his family and to all of you here that knew him. I had never met him but, like all Charlton fans, felt like I knew him due to the constant presence of him and his very visible flag.

  • sad new RIP Seb
