Is Watson fit for Sunday?

His old Forest manager has said:
“He (Watson) was my captain and my brain on the pitch, so just for that, ‘thank you so much’.
“If we can do something with him, we will do it. If not, I will just say ‘all the best’, because he was a fantastic player and a fantastic captain.”

You can never have too many Bens at a club.
Apart from Ben Kendell.
Or Ben Reeves

Run the game for palace against us in the 2004 league cup game.1

Can see why its an eye raiser if Lamouchi wanted to keep him @ Forest
We're basically signing a Championship / Play-Off level Midfielder - Even if he rotates with Pratley in Midfield, thats a great bit of experience18 -

Welcome to Big School, Ben!50

A signing from Forest, eh? A midfielder? Following in the footsteps of Colin Walsh and Andy Reid. Nice one.
Let's hope that berk of a forward on their subs bench will regret that he ever left.6 -
Great signing. I actually think he could end up on the coaching staff. One year playing then perhaps a player/coach role.

Apart from Chris Duffy have we had any other players who’ve scored the a winning goal in the FA cup final?6
-
It looks like he’s been signed to drive the team coach to away games. Great form on the steering wheel, impressive.6

I've not seen him much if him play. What will he bring to the side - clearly sounds like a solid player, with great experience, but I wonder how effective he is now being the wrong side of 30?

Blimey, how old is he- but more important - how tall ?I-SAW-POUSO-PLAY said:

Played 45 games for Forest last year, most of them as captain. Has a touch of class about him still, will run most games at this level with his experience, range of passing andtechnique.FishCostaFortune said:I've not seen him much if him play. Good signing. Huge pedigree, FA Cup winner, 300 plus competitive games under his belt and can hit a decent dead ball4

One year deal with a second year option.1
