Just got mine. My 20% off voucher is Fleetwood on 22 Jan 2022. Don't go to the ground today, ticket office shutters are down. Couple of supporters were having a go at the club shop workers (not their fault). Hope anyone that hasn't had ST yet gets sorted.

They were having a go because they were told the ticket office would be open for visitors.
Who on earth would want to visit a ticket office? It looks tiny and not much in there other than a couple of computers and a filing cabinet I bet. What a boring trip.
Just go to Thorpe park or something instead. Much more fun.
I can't see why there can't be a box office presence 9am to 5pm every weekday. If no-one comes to the window then you have no-one to serve, in the meantime get on with the other work that needs doing.
My son hasn't received his, so the ticket office is producing a duplicate for collection on Saturday. A bit of a hassle but I'll be there shortly after they open, so as not to interfere with my pre-match mini pub crawl
Mine hadn't arrived, I was out in the front garden and a postie delivered a parcel next door. I asked him if there was a problem with the post, and he said that there were many off at the sorting office. I explained I was waiting on my season ticket, we had a chat, and he said he was finishing his shift after this delivery, and would check at the sorting office. Half an hour later he appeared and handed me my season ticket! What a service, I thanked him profusely, I think he enjoyed the smile on my face. Well done that postman!

Exactly why the club shouldn’t have left it so late to send them, most were ordered months ago. They do it every year.

Make sure you’re there before 3.30 or it’ll cost you £3 more.

That is excellent service. That might explain why mine was delayed too
(lack of staff). We had no post from last Friday until today in
Woolwich. This could be the same for supporters waiting for their ST.

I think because they moved the staff upstairs. This was always how it worked in the past. The windows weren’t staffed as such. Now they have to deploy someone to work there, which they haven’t got. I haven’t paid much attention lately though.
Still waiting for someone to show me another professional football club that doesn’t have ticket staff available to fans during office hours.

I was at the ticket office last Friday, and there was two people working there. One at the window, one on the phone. Looks very odd inside now though as they’ve added a wall to make the interior about a quarter of size of original office.
I am still waiting for my ST but a quick email to the club led to a duplicate being made available on Saturday -is it the North Stand Ticket Office for pick ups does anyone know?

My ST still hasn’t arrived, hoping it comes tomorrow or Friday as picking up a duplicate on Saturday sounds like a recipe for an hour long queue and other associated chaos.

I did read somewhere it will be open tomorrow to deal with demand for tickets for Sheff Weds/ season tickets.
It would help supporters if the club website was updated with the current opening hours.
