Feel sorry for the lad,but a 3.5 yr deal for someone with his track record was absolute lunacy.

Whatever the club say - IMO it will be Xmas before he kicks a ball.

If he were a car he would have been written off by now.
And scrappage money from the Breakers
usually costs money to scrap a snotter cos of all the nasty toxic chemicals that need specialist disposal
with Chuks there's not even any parts to be stripped off to raise a few quid to cover that

Perhaps go with  0/0/8? ( No goals, no appearances, 8 games)

I’m going to go out on a limb here, but I suspect all the time the second number is 0 the first number will be too.

Minutes played and per goal would be interesting if he ever gets onto a football pitch again

I think you’re all being a bit harsh. He’s generally fully fit for the whole of each close season
  • Window slams shut soon, so stand by for the news that he is out till Xmas.

He'll somehow trap his hand, or leg, in it.
  • I never claimed to be the sharpest tool in the shed, but the times I've read the thread title about him returning and getting excited is getting silly now.  Can we just have an old fashioned slider control with the state of affairs that exist?

This is what is absolutely mental about this signing. TS has just shown he is not willing to splash out unless it is a good deal for him. WTF is there about paying £300k for Aneke that was ever going to have an upside ? whoever pitched this to him should be awarded the Salesman Of The Year Award !!! fucking ridiculous !

I have a feeling that the salesman in question might have the initials "LB"

Barely needs to slide now does it…
  • Has there actually been any reported estimation on his return date?

*waits for a dozen replies saying May 2023.

Garner’s said none of the injuries are serious. All but one of them are expected to at least be training in the next couple of weeks with the one needing a little longer.

Chuks has done well to delay the 0/10
  • Give him 3 games in October & he’ll be our top scorer.

Forest Green game will be 10 days since that article, so i guess we might see 2-3 of the injured players back on the bench.

We’ve now had two different prime ministers and two different monarchs since Chuks was last fit enough to play!
    Harsh but fair.
