Reading look to be pulling away from trouble and we look to be falling through a trap door.

We’re punished for every mistake we make and I don’t see how it gets any better. Nathan Jones’ appointment provided a lot of hope but we’re poor in nearly old parts of the pitch and that doesn’t look like changing.

Andy Scott and company have made their bed and now we all have to lie in it.

I don’t like strikers as captains. Alfie May is the sharp end of our spear and should only be concerned with taking his chances. Not trying to direct the other ten misfit toys. Captains should be in the middle or down the back, where they can see things unfolding in front of them.

It's the manner of the defeats that's particularly scary.  We're not being (just) beaten by teams who are technically better.  Just chuck enough corners and long throws at us, and it's job done.

How Andy Scott who has put together one of the worst Charlton sides in our history, has been allowed to sell Dobson (Our captain) in the middle of a relegation battle is outrageous. 

Dobson should be here and Scott should not.

Absolutely appalling……can’t play 3-5-2 with this squad….too many poor players with poor technical ability and poor decision making…..we should have gone after Lewis Wing, Azeez or Sam Smith in Jan rather than the shit we brought in….send Ladapo back to Ipswich…fire Andy Scott…..

1) all but 1 of the starting 11, made their debut this season. That's not a team.

2) we let 3 attacking midfielders go in Jan, and brought in 0. Now we just have a loanee and a youth player for attacking midfield.

3) we have no physical presence up front. Our only hope is Chuks coming back, firing, and staying fit.

4) we are playing a 3-5-2 with wing backs that aren't really wing backs.

5) we've had a goalie who can't organise a defence. Now we're banking on a goalie with half a season's experience. 

6) no clean sheets in 19

7) no wins in 14

8) no leaders

How can that NOT be a relegation team.

We tried desperately to give them a penalty in the first-half too. So it's not that we're being unfairly punished for mistakes, we are just that bad.

Such a poor team and that is the big concern. Going to be a real challenge to stay up now and some games this month that we simply won't get any points from. Dreadful situation. Hopefully NJ would have seen how poor certain players are. Kanu should start Tuesday. Camara looks bright. T Watson can't start again surely.
