whats a good EW bet for the Gold Cup?
    Corach Rambler
Nassalam if we get more rain
  • Corach or gerri colombe for me
    And johnnywho
  • Same out  Charlton, out in Cheltenham

Today I learned, people still wear chinos
  • On with a lot of those in the front three or four in the market today but one that is different in that respect is Time Leader in the Hunter Chase at 4.10 (backed it at 48.0 on Betfair). The race has thrown up loads of big priced, lesser known lights over the years and this one fits the bill in that respect.

    2.10 Magical Zoe (EW)
    2.50 Captain Teague (Win)
    3.30 Gerry Colombe (Win)
4.10 It's on the Line (Win) Samcro (EW)
    4.50 Allegorie De Vassy (Win)
    5.30 Sonigino (EW)

Me too based on those ITK saying that the wet weather suits Nassalam. 1/5 odds, 4 places @ 33-1. He’s already dropped to 20-1, JT 6th favourite. We will see……
  • Majborough 1pt win and Salvator Mundi 0.5pt e/w

I'm surprising myself... don't expect it to last...
  • O'Leary being interviewed - I feel a bilious attack coming on!
  • Steering clear of the top of market for the next one and trying a few longer shots each way - it's the kind of race that tends to throw up big price winners...

Lecky Watson, Johnnywho, Stellar Story 0.5pt e/w each.
  • 50p EW on Dripsey Moon at 125/1.

What a result that might have been. Lay for small was matched in running and it actually hit a low of 1.75. Still a fantastic run for a permit holder, beaten by another small stable and the "talking horse".
