Surprised at how many empty seats there are on Centre Court
Baffles me how many people turn up and then don't watch the tennis much.
Corporates a lot of the time I guess, it's a day out and the meal, drinks etc are all part of it, but even on a corporate day I'd rather watch all the tennis and worry about food before or after!

Agreed. We always take a picnic and 'refreshments' and are a somewhat creative about the alcohol restrictions

Not quite the same, but I never understand people going to half time at Charlton away matches 5 or 10 minutes early, then come back late. If you just want a drink with your mates, there are cheaper ways of doing it!
It was more Raducanu wasn't on her game today. Sun was definitely far better, but it was more Raducanu was poor than Sun played her off the court. Don't know what was wrong with Raducanu

Sun was far better and hit more winners - don't think Radacunu could compete with her. I think Sun was better technically.

The easiest of put aways to go 4-1 up and muffed it. To lose that 6-3 is very poor and imo entirely down to her emotional state.
Centre:
Alcaraz v Humbert followed by
Sun v Raducanu followed by
Navarro v Gauff
No. 1:
Paolini v Keys followed by
Sinner v Shelton followed by
Dimitrov v Medvedev
Such a sad ending.
(Cue Alcaraz now running away with the match).
She's going to have to up her game though in the 3rd - not sure how as she is going to do that

I think maybe the wrist is a problem, and why she isn't playing nearly so well.
I still think she's proven she doesn't just give up though by digging in to get the 2nd set
