less than 2 hours to go :-)0

Anyone seen 'The Night Of The Doctor' prequel thingy? Seven minutes long, really good though. Totally redeems Paul Mcgann from that godawful tv movie version way back when, though he was never really the problem with that cluster f**k.1

Good episode!
The advert for Sherlock after it got me the most existed though.0 -
Tom Baker cameo.....true Dr Who legend, quality!1

Thought it would be Capaldi, blown away when it was Baker! Great cameo.Jayajosh said:Tom Baker cameo.....true Dr Who legend, quality!

Great episode, really fun watching it in the cinema!0

Thought it was OK, but probably not at good as the hype had led me to expect. Loved the Zygons though.
Amazing interest around the world: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Countries_screening_The_Day_of_the_Doctor_simultaneously.svg0 -
Really enjoyed it, , the best Moffat episode. Saw it at Surrey Quays0

Not perfect but it didn't need to be as it had Tom Baker in it.
Fans should also watch the Peter Davison short film. Very funny.0 -

That is astonishing. I wonder how many other non-live shows have been shown simultaneously around the world like that.Stig said:Thought it was OK, but probably not at good as the hype had led me to expect. Loved the Zygons though.

I thought it was pretty good. Great to see all the doctors together.0

Watching it in the cinema was a great experience, it was good that the fangirls around me reacted with delight to the arrival of Baker and seeing Capaldi's eyebrows! A couple of French girls behind me :-)0

Enjoyed that, cheers MOG!Miserableoldgit said:
Managed to find time to watch the Adventure in Space and Time programme from last week too, which I thought was good too - been quite a Who-filled weekend.1 -

The funniest thing about that Daily Fail article is the fact that the barely literate hack that wrote it is having a pop at the quality of Moffat's writing.
"For years now, The Doctor has been tormented by his decision to ‘save the universe’ from being conquered by ‘billions of daleks’ by destroying the planet of Gallifrey, the setting for The Last Great Time War between the daleks and the Time Lords, wiping out his own people in the process."
Whatever happened to the tenet that no sentence should have more than eight words and no paragraph more than three sentences? I'm also fairly sure that no one paragraph should be made up of one tortured sentence like the example above.1 -
I've never heard this, are you sure you haven't made it up?JWADDICK said:The funniest thing about that Daily Fail article is the fact that the barely literate hack that wrote it is having a pop at the quality of Moffat's writing.
