Wigan are truly woeful, especially with some of the transfer fees they paid out in the summer, they will go down and never return IMO.
I was certain Millwall would go down, but not so sure if Rotherham are deducted points, squeaky bum time. Come on Wilson.0 -

Millwall playing their most important game of the season at HOME.
Are their fans at the game? Are they fuck. Spanners are too busy looking at a Charlton message board.

Oh for feck sake. They'll be producing another mug. "The Long 2nd Tuesday after Easter when we beat 9 men".10

Wigan are f##king useless0

Just noticed Millwall helped along by another sending off of opposition player around half time. They can only squeeze wins against teams where they have a man advantage. Jammy team. At least Upson is off, straight red, won't play again this season.0

Ridiculous amount of bookings they got - they should be deducted points.2
-
Calm down everyone.
3 away games at Cardiff, Blackburn and Wolves and a home game against Derby. There's not many points there for the taking for them.2 -
I predicted the outcome of the game against us; late winner and sending off. I said after the game that would stay up; somehow. It doesn't matter how.
It's clear to see they have the Referees straightened out at home. Away they have now have Cardiff and Blackburn, both with nothing to play for and by the time they play Wolves away, neither will they.
It may be sickening, but it's true. They are here to stay.1 -
They will only get five more points. The deduction for Rotherham is now key.0

I can't see Rotherham staying up now. The seven point gap was significant.mid_life_crisis said:I predicted the outcome of the game against us; late winner and sending off. I said after the game that would stay up; somehow. It doesn't matter how.

They deserve the points deduction if they fielded an ineligible player. If Wolves fall away I am sure Jackett will do them a favour. it would be ironic if he sends them down.

This is Millwall we are talking about. They will wriggle a way through it somehow.Fortune 82nd Minute said:Calm down everyone.

Rubbish! I want to see that inbred shithouse of a club relegated. I guess you must be new to "soccer" you clearly dont understand rivelry and what it means!cafcsinger said:This thread is a real cringe, 26 pages on Millwalls potential relagation. The scum will say that were not their rivals of course, but the Derby was their biggest crowd this season so the denial makes it even sweeter.
Joke of a club.1 -
Think millwall are a decent club and deserve championship status
They have battled hard and carved out some super wins including the one against us!
So I realy do hope they stay up as would miss them.
Ha that should get me some lol and even possible reports of abuse?
I'm bored of this season!5 -
I'll give £10 to the Upbeats if Millwall go down if somebody does the same if they stay up.

In the Long pond got talking to a Spanner who was both amiable and in possession of a brain. He said he had looked into the deduction thing and apparently sometimes it has been only one point. It depends on the perceived level of cynicism in breaking of the rule.1

Fingers crossed then as that would leave them 3 points and a woeful GD worse off. Reckon they may beat Cardiff but Blackburn and Derby will beat them leaving them needing something from Wolves last day even if Rotherham fail to get anything from now to season end.PragueAddick said:In the Long pond got talking to a Spanner who was both amiable and in possession of a brain. Millwall's Shaun Williams went off injured in the first half after kicking an advertising hoarding in frustration.
Lol. Players as clever as their fans.3 -

Wigan manager not too happy about the referee's performance:
Wigan manager Gary Caldwell:
"In the first half there was one team trying to play football and one team out to rough us up.
"We let that affect us and the referee didn't control it at that time, and the game got out of hand in the second half."

As I said before tonight, they'll stay up. We can all look forward to more humiliation, wasting our time and money again at the two fixtures next season.0

It's been a while.
I apologise for loving you and leaving you after we'd been getting on so well, but life sometimes gives up opportunities that means the intermajiggynet has to take a back seat.
I've taken the time to read every comment on here and have come up with the following:
Don't worry, we're still going down. I knew and accepted it between 12 and 15 weeks ago, we're that bad. For a lot of us it could prove to be a blessing in disguise as it will give the club the chance to blood the talented youth players we have coming through, although I appreciate the financial impact will be greater on the club.
I haven't paid much attention to the Rotherham situation, other than to hold the belief that a 3 point deduction is the only plausible outcome considering what's gone before and the precedents that have been set.
So, as the rare voice of intellect from the dark side. Do you just sit at the den with your head in your hands thinking what the fuck am i doing here?
I sat at the Den last night thinking exactly that for large parts of the game. I tried to give myself a morale boosting nudge by coming on here and reading how we're the luckiest football team and supporters to have ever dragged our knuckles on this planet, but even that was of little consolation as Wigan piled on the pressure and played pretty football rings around our talentless squad.
Just as things were looking extremely bleak (again) Martyn Waghorn remembered what he'd been taught when on loan with us and decided to go all Bruce Lee on our left back, Harding. He was told to get the communal bath ready for his soon to be victorious teammates who were playing far better with 10 than they were with 11 (deja vu).
Just as I thought all was going to be lost, up pops our resident black, Muslim, former player of the year and goal scoring maestro Jimmy Abdou (who'd have thought it?). The crowd went nuts. Me? I danced a jig that, if she'd seen me, even my mother couldn't love me for. Deep down, however, I just knew we'd fuck it up.
We didn't though.
As I said yesterday, I still accept that we're down and anything other than relegation would have to go down as an escape of Biblical proportions. Such would be the scale of the escape that people will still be talking about it in 2015 years time, just like they do with that (allegedly) bearded white bloke that lived in Nazareth in the Middle East when it was a God loving area.7 -
