According to the article, they are only renting him for a year0
-
Still good news. Proper rubbish gone, I'd rather not be paying for him though.0

Jaime O'Hara having a trial with MLS side San Jose Earthquakes:

Agreed, looked good early last season, but after breaking his foot it's clear something went wrong. Maybe his attitude, maybe that, like so many others, he just never got back to full fitness. Remember he was thrown in against Colchester after having only 45 minutes of U21 football.J BLOCK said:Ceballos has unfortunately been injured, there's a player in there and we have next to no creative midfielders, disappointed he's gone.

I presume that makes it four loans we have negotiated where we pay part of their wages, you have to admit KM is good2
-
RS has had Ceballos for all of pre season and hardly played him, so obviously doesn't rate him. Hasn't got the properties for life in L1.1
-
Ceballos loaned for the year. So he can come back to help us in
The ChampionshipLeague Two next season.2 -
I would imagine completely the opposite. Cellabos wages freed up to allow for incoming signings IMHO.cafc_harry said:Our only remotely creative midfielder gone to a network club, who will no doubt be technically be paying absolutely none of his wages.

Ceballos is another in a long list of odd signings by the regime.
Looked on paper to be a hugely promising at first but has ended up playing a handful of games and being loaned out.
Such a weird way to run a business.4 -
2 years left on his deal.
Another player we are paying to play for somebody else. Keep up the good work Katrien.3 - Sponsored links:

Sign for Charlton, play for someone else.6

Weird move, he is one of those players who could create things and would have benefited from a drop to league 1, I would definitely have kept him and probably played him ahead of Harriott. Yes he fluffed that corner but you can't judge a player on that, and he looked decent till he got studded down the back of his leg5

The most impressive thing about ceballos was that photo with Texaira where he looked fit. Expensive luxury euro player better suited to the lower half of the Spanish division than anywhere else0
-
To fans: 'change of policy'
Meanwhile: Moves Charlton player for nothing to other club.2 -
Hotel Duchatelet. You can check out any time you like but you can never leave.28

He looked lively against Welling but was absolute dross against Bromley (I'm struggling to think of a worse individual performance from a Charlton player I've seen recently, even 5 yard passes were intercepted).
I'm willing to trust the decision makers on this one. It's not one I'm gutted about.1 -
Ceballos = Not a loss4
-
I'm just impressed how KM offered to take the photo herself, she seems happy.1
-
Maybe not a loss but still a totally bizarre transfer....just like the previous 305
-
You do wonder if Slade is already at 'the budget' therefore to get anyone in he has to send one out.
RD is clearly a tight a$$ and just like before with his 'break even' model he's still trying, just this time the budget is considerably less due to league 1, tv money, lower gates etc.
I wouldn't be surprised to see more go out on loan, please god let it be RoJo....... sadly expect it'll be Tex and Lookman (probably sold).1 - Sponsored links:

Oh FFS - the definition of disappointment is seeing 30 odd posts in less than an hour and none are related to incoming players.3

WHY DO I KEEP OPENING THIS THREAD?!?!?!6

How do we know we are paying these players wages? I understand that's most often the case when a youngster is loaned from a Prem club to a lower league, but how do we know who's paying what when we loan our players out? Just speculation?4
-
Did we ever find out who was being met at the airport?0

Watt earns 8k plus a week, hearts' highest paid player last season was captain Osman Sow on under 3k, Hearts will not be paying him anywhere near 8k !limeygent said:How do we know we are paying these players wages? Ceballos isn't a massive loss in terms of quality, although we have never seen him after a run of games. He is a loss in terms of numbers though and that is not what this squad needs.
With a few more injuries we will struggle to have enough players to have a full bench, including the kids.
Predict Foley signing in the next couple of days and then not much else. Maybe(please God) RD is selling everyone to sell after all?0 -
goalie on loan, foley full time (2 from 5).
Remaining 3 probably on season long loan which JUST ISNT GOOD ENOUGH.1 -
Because we are run by an incompetent useless bunch of Belgian twats!limeygent said:How do we know we are paying these players wages?
