I, personally, have not been to a Charlton game since October 2015 (Christ I'm almost as bad as Roland)

So I cannot comment on football matters. It's hard for me to judge and put 2 and 2 together from what happens on the pitch to what this bloke says.

Listening to his interview, my thoughts;

KR has already lost the dressing room. His professional ego is all over the shop. He is thin skinned and cannot see the light of day. A very stupid emotional "it's all about me" presser.
Show your true emotions in the dressing room, not to the media. It stinks of desperation.

Unless something really really shocking happened. Referring to the comment he made about "I've never seen that at a football club before". What? A player rolled a joint in front of you? What?

I'm all for giving new managers a chance, as in coaches that are young and new to the profession.
Why? Because CP was that man once and he got us out of league one and when he hadn't fully managed another club before.

KR has only managed a shit depressing football team before coming over to us. This is now rather obvious and stands out.

Apart of me feels sorry for him. I feel sorry for him because he doesn't know what he's doing and doesn't know how to handle the situation he finds himself in now.

We know it's a circus. You won't admit that it all stems from the ownership though because rightly or wrongly, you want to keep your job.

The players don't respect him (In the way I believe they should) and are now probably going toe to toe with him after that.

He did acknowledge the fans at least and recognize the effort made by them and that it was no where near met with a good enough performance.

The reason why we are where we are because we have absolutely no stability, common sense, loyalty and trust all throughout the club. Not the amount that is required.
